My story is the same as everyone else has posted. Order 2 pillows in July and never received pet beds or no tracking number. The have not answered my many emails. I think I got scam.

Would rate zero stars if I could. Order placed cozypets.us and indicates shipped July 12, 2021 but has still not arrived August 15, 2021. Contacted twice - - no response - now when you click on “visit our store” routes to different, seemingly unrelated site for wood products. >:o(

I ordered from them in July still havent received my order. They are swindler's do not order from them.
You email them they dont answer.
Beware they are frauds!!

I placed an order on July 7,2021 - saw the ad on Instagram ( I should have googled company 1st)
just like everyone else on here - I received an email with my order # but never received a "tracking" number just the app SHOP which I downloaded and since I don't have a tracking number it can't track package. I have emailed Cozy Pets several times- no response and I have to have CC dispute charge and file complaint with BBB....
If you haven't order from this company - please save yourself avigation - don't oder

SCAM disgusting people who don’t even respond to you never received my order just completely ridiculous no one responds to you

**SCAM** I ordered 7/13 and got a shipping confirmation but unable to track because it’s fake. No products received and no response to emails. No phone number provided. They charged my cc immediately so now I have to dispute the charge. DO NOT ORDER!!!

If I could give them no stars I would ! Ordered 7/12 . Still no order and no tracking number but saying it’s shipped ! SCAM !!!!!!! I made a dispute with my bank .customer service is horrible !!!! No phone number

I wouldn’t give this company one star except that’s the lowest you can mark. I ordered a dog bed and blanket on July 15th it is now August 9th and I have received nothing. I received a text message that said it shipped on July 16th no tracking info. I have emailed the company at least four times and never received a response. I am going to file a claim with my credit card company. I saw their advertisement on Facebook but beware they are scammers. Wish I had reviewed their company first I usually never buy without review lesson learned. Do not buy from them.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I have no idea if their beds are any good or not because after a month plus. I have received no tracking and no communications either. I believe this company to be a complete scam. I ordered the product & paid for it and it says it was shipped July 3rd & yet there's been nothing except an email saying that it was shipped but no tracking available.

I would understand if there's a problem because it's coming from the UKOK, but you can't not tell people what's going on & expect them just to wait with no communication.

I have tried contacting them 3 times via email and gotten no reply so I will get my money back from my credit card company. They can't be real or surely I would have heard something by now.

This is a total scam ! Purchased a dog bed on 7/12 item says shipped and that's it.. Never received and have emailed MULTIPLE times with no reply. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and receiveed my money back... DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THIS COMPANY !!

Same as many other reviews. Ordered dog bed over a month ago, said it shipped. No response by them after multiple emails. Wish I had looked at reviews before ordering from them.

This has got to be the worst service. BUYERS BEWARE I have lost $170 thanks to this mob. Ordered 3 beds on the 11th July, it's now 2nd August and I'm not getting any real assurance that I have 3 beds being delivered.

I placed an order on 7 July 2021, downloaded the Shop app to track my order. It said they shipped it on the 9th. Today is the 28th of July and I still have not received my order. I have reached out to them 4x's via email and never received a response. This company is a scam!!!

Ordered a dog bed and downloaded the Shop app to track the shipping, as directed. Crazy thing is the bed was marked as “delivered” the same day I ordered it. Of course, I never actually received the bed. I wish I had read these reviews before wasting my money. Total scam!!

I ordered 2 small dog beds which were delivered in a tied up garbage bag with no information whatsoever. Within 10 minutes lying in the bed our young dog had torn a hole in it. The stuffing was pretty ordinary and, I suspect, dangerous for animals.
I have sent emails to the company because I want to return these beds. No response whatsoever. Please do not use this company. One star is not at all appropriate.

On June 27 , I made the mistake of ordering from this company ! When they finally did respond to my email , they told me they had no record of my order . I put it on a credit card , and even sent them a photo of the transaction! I’ve since emailed them approximately 5 more times with no response! They should be put out of business by better business bureau. This was my first and last time to order from a company I don’t
