This company is a scam. Very poor quality, you don't get what you see in the pictures, and they will only give you 20% refund. BBB or someone needs to not let this company sell in the U. S.

False advertising - product advertised completely different than product received. Poor quality, different shape, different color, different size. Tried to return, company said "no returns." Disputed with credit card processor.

Norton has blocked this website as a fake store. Do not go onto this store. They are a fraud. I didn't see the trust pilot reveiws before I ordered and I had used a new laptop that didn't have Norton on it.

NO quality, NO values, DO NOT BUY EVER> I am exceptionally disappointed and believe this is FRAUD AND SCAM. DON'T believe the reviews they say they have. They think they may get away with this junk but they could easily provide a quality product if they wanted to. SCAM

Agree with majority of reviews. Do not purchased from this company.
1) They increased charge amount without my approval despite my having a receipt with a lower amount. Unfortunately used PayPal which does not protect customer against such overpayment. Do not use PayPal to purchase from suspicious sites.
2) Purchased “quilt” which turned out to be equivalent of a cheap moving blanket with printed photo. Quality very bad, overpriced several times over in addition to illegal overcharge. Ordered “king size” which made cheap photo print look “creepy” with puppies being oversized to fit the blanket.
3) Company based in China, so impossible to contact to return item.
Advice: Stay away from this store. As commented, shocking that they are allowed to advertise amongst sites like New York Times.

I ordered from Cozzyhomes and I was annoyed that they added a second item to the one I wanted, and I was unable to cancel and get a refund, though I tried. Then I read some terrible reviews on Reddit and here. I thought my money was gone and I would never get product. This was reinforced by "delivery problems" reported by the shipper UniUni, who was also unresponsive.

However, a few weeks later, to my amazement, a package showed up, with two "quilts" inside. The product is not really a quilt, but it isn't total crap either. It looks like what I expected and is worth using I think. It's not good value but I liked the design so I'm more or less happy.

I wanted to send out this not-totally-unsatisfying review to balance some of the very negative ones, which I'm sure were well-earned. Your experience may differ.

So glad I didn't put in my credit card info.. My mom saw a quilt she thought would be a great XMAS gift for my sister in law and they offered me 5% off, but I found another code offering 15% off. However, anytime I hit a button to X out of the prior code or ask to cancel and adjust my order, it would keep adding another quilt to my order until my total was up to almost 600.00 (over 5 quilts!), not counting a "make sure it arrives" fee (not insurance, mind you), a conservation fee, and also a recommended tip for whoever made the quilts- it wouldn't let me adjust anything or contact customer service, so I gave up and so glad I found these reviews and saw what poor quality and how scammy this site is.

Horrible customer service. Product is very inferior. It is not a blandket but rather a stiff pad. Not as pictures. They added a shipping charge (besides shipping cost). Do not deal with this company.

actually, ZERO. I have no idea about the product's quality because after a month's wait I still have not received the product. According to 17TRACK, whoever that is, the shipment finally moved the 3rd week of November and has been "In Transit" ever since. Latest update left Shang Hai 11/28 arriving in Queens, NY on1 2/04 and hasn't moved since. I'm waiting for a notification requiring I verify my entire life story before the shipment can move. I've been through this one time prior and swore I would never again order something directly from CHINA ... but did not know the location of origin until tracking indicated it. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANY POP UP AD ON THE WEB THAT DOES NOT IDENTIFY THE PLACE OF ORIGIN. IF IT WILL NOT STATE IT, IT'S PROBABLY CRAP FROM CHINA.

Absolute scam. Their email came back as “no longer exists” during a thread contacting their customer service regarding shipping tariffs once I found it it was coming from china -no tracking number, and fake American site that is actually in china, selling fake quilts they don’t ship. They literally deleted their customer service email yesterday when I asked about when it will be shipped. They have no phone number. Scum of the earth scammers, may their fart-souls and families suffer and rot in hell for the misery they cause. $375 down the drain for fake quilts from a fake company that were never sent. How is it possible that their ads dominate legitimate sites? Every place that promotes their website should be fined as well…google…Facebook. Friggin evil scam ruining people’s christmas.

These people are unconscionable. They make it impossible to contact them at their supposedly support email. Obviously they do not pick up the phone. They make it impossible to cancel an order. I will never use them again nor sure do you. I'm going to contact the better Business bureau as well as the attorney general if they do not respond.

The worst! They did tell me they would refund %20 of my order. Ha. I’ve never felt so ripped off in my life.

This company doesn’t even deserve a star! They claim that you’re buying a quilt that is actually an image printed on a piece of fabric! Cheap quality! I tried returning my order but they stated that they do not except returns if you are unsatisfied. Complete BS! DO NOT BUY, COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. this company should be shut down!

Bait and switch. ‘Quilt’ received was a thin printed faded sheet autostiched onto a thin black sheet. No texture. Website depicts AI images of quilts, and AI ´customers for the reviews

Everything went WRONG

SCAM company
they added items to my receipt that I never ordered!
The NEXT MORNING I ATTEMPTED TO CORRECT THE ORDER —they said I had 2 HOURS TO “modify” any order
I looked at BBB (should have done that first) and saw the bad news ). In 12 hours they had already charged my credit card
I cancelled that

I was lucky enough not to get charged over a hundred on an order because something went wrong and I only ended up paying shipping and their stupid "tip" that I never agreed to. Stay away - not legit. It's sad that Google allows this website to be promoted to the top.

This is a scam did not check and when I read reviews there were no good ones essentially they stole the payment

Scam scam scam. I ordered a quilt with elaborate design and stitching. I was sent a piece of fabric with a cheaply printed bee on it. I did not receive what I ordered. I submitted a complaint through pay pal and I receive an email from cozzyhomes asking me to drop the dispute. I did not. They gave me a partial refund. Crazy they expect me to still pay for a product that I did not order.

Rip off! Consumer Beware! I ordered 2 quilts 2 months and 9 days ago, never received them! 18 days ago I emailed them to ask what the problem was and they said to give them some time to figure out what the issue was.
Fastforward to today... still no response. Today I asked for a refund... I bet now they will say it's already been sent out to avoid giving my almost $300 back. According to all other reviews... if I do get it, it's gonna be trash. I hope this company is shut down.

The picture of the duvet was beautiful and our granddaughter was excited to receive it. Item ordered was a Unicorn Sky Duvet Cover Set. My receipt said $116 but PayPal charge was $125. The duvet was very cheap, disappointmenting, and not worth half what was paid. The shipping took well over two weeks to arrive from China. My fault for not checking these reviews earlier. It is not a place I would recommend buying from.
