Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry that your experience left you feeling disappointed and we completely understand that price can be a significant factor when purchasing your CPAP equipment.

While we always do our best to provide fair and competitive pricing, we also recognise that it can be difficult to compete solely on price with some online only retailers. CPAP Victoria is not just a retail business, we have physical clinics throughout Victoria where our patients can visit us in person, bring in their equipment, receive assistance with their therapy, mask fitting’s, troubleshooting and access to ongoing support from our team when they need it.

We understand that these additional services may not be what every customer is looking for but they are an important part of the care and support we aim to provide alongside the products we sell.

We are also concerned to hear that our price match marketing may have given you a different impression of our pricing policy. If you would be willing to email us directly with the details of what you saw, we would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to look into this more closely, discuss the specifics with you and hopefully help rectify your experience.

Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We truly value all feedback and are always looking for ways to make our communication and customer experience clearer and better.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the replacement cushion hasn’t felt as comfortable as your original one.
The design of this cushion has not changed since your previous purchase, however we completely understand that a new cushion can sometimes feel a little different or firmer at first and may take some time to settle in and become more comfortable with use.
If you’re continuing to find it uncomfortable or it’s affecting your sleep, please don’t hesitate to book an appointment with our team. We’d be more than happy to have a look at the fit with you, make any adjustments where possible, and help ensure you’re getting the most comfortable and restful night’s sleep possible.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we’re very sorry for the worry and frustration caused while you were urgently waiting for your order.
At the time this review was left, your parcel was awaiting collection at the Post Office. We have since checked the tracking and are pleased to see that your cushions have now been safely collected and received and that this issue has been resolved.
