the studie material was amazing it helped me with my course verry much and the website is easy to use

The feedback could be more detailed but I understand there is a backlog and they provide a quick and helpful service. Plenty of information and easy portal.

Brilliant course. I love CPD Courses format. No nonsense learning. A must for the academic!!!!!

I really enjoyed this course, i learnt so many concepts regarding book keeping and accounting, which may help me in the fiture.

Good course, everything has been explained in a professional and easy to read way.

Easy course - this one was a short q and a style, with only a few core concepts. Would have been better to get feedback on questions that I got wrong.

Easy to use interface, simple to understand instructions for submitting coursework and helpful tutors.

I can’t comment on other reviews but I thought it was value for money for the two courses I did. It was a series of questions to answer after going through the material and I received my certification after a few days. It’s not a proper educational course it’s just like a mornings training on a specific subject to give you relevant information and boost your learning which is what CPD is.

Still waiting for my certificate from this idiotic company, they ignore you repeatedly. They need shutting down.

Is not even worth 1 star. Don't waste your money on this courses. I purchased the HRM course. The tutor communication is inexistent, the tutor doesn't answer any questions you might have, the module itself is made out of 21 units that are just keep repeating, for example unit 14 is half copy pasted from unit 13 and so on. The quality of the course is very bad, you can find better information by just google it.

Scam, finished courses and received email that I have to pay money if I have any my certificate. It goes up to £170 to have your certificate..it's a joke ...BE AWARE

Unfortunately nothing excited about this at all. I have paid for the certificates but it takes 8months for them to send over the certificates after completion. One of the certificate I still haven't received, they sent me an email saying that I can download it from the site but it still wasn't there when I logged in. Another certificate came in bad quality which they didn't bother to re-send,just adviced to crop myself, let me enlighten you I paid £44 per certificate + £9 for postal charges, and when receive it I still need to worry about how to frame it? Well, That's the serviss they provide I guess. Problem solving over email is unprofessional and cold, after 8months dealing with them I still haven't got what I've been promised.

This company is a SCAM please don’t do any of their courses or even pay I paid £100 for my diploma and i have been waiting since the 15th of November for them to say something.

Very bad customer service. They would normally reply to my emails at about 11.00 - 11. 30 p.m. (Malaysia time) , 4.00 -4.30 p.m (UK time). I purchased an endorsed certificate for GBP135 (inclusive of postal charges) but when I received the soft copy of the endorsed certificate issued by Qualify Licence Scheme, it had the logo of Brentwood Open Learning College. I enrolled and completed the course with CPD Courses. I have requested a refund of the fee paid for the endorsed certificate.

Unfortunately, I hadn't done my full due diligence with this company. I based it on the fact that Reed.UK was advertising these courses and therefore they might have a review/checking system in place relating to the legitimacy of companies that advertise courses with them.

I signed and paid for a leadership course and spent a lot of time working up to 5 modules but I messaged them to ask; upon completion what does the course provide me? Was there a governing body that would recognise my course etc.

2 months later, no reply. Silence. Tumbleweed.

Then I started to research and read other people's review on the company.

I've decided not to pursue and complete the course, luckily for me - it wasn't too expensive as there was a promotion on when I signed up, it's just a shame that it's wasted my time, research and effort in completing the 5 modules.

Lesson learnt.

Please don't use total scam. Course was ok at first, but all the work was from USA and had a lot of spelling mistakes and work was very old and out of date thoughtout it definitely was not write by a professional college. I had no way to talk to my tutor when I needed help, as I was not given any details and when I ask all there said was he is ill or to busy all the time and just put the phone down on me and when I did talk to someone in the office he refused to give me his name and was rude and didn't want to answer any of my questions, and put the phone down. If this was a professional college what there were saying, why did there refused to answer any questions about them and when you push for there names or to answers any worries you had there just cut the phone call straight off. When I order my certificate I was told it being 20 days when I will receive my certificate, so I wait and wait and still nothing after a month and a half I email them asking for a update on where my certificate was and came back to me after 3 days and said your certificate is on the way and will being with you in 10 working days so I said ok I wait again and 10 days went by still no certificate. So I phone this time the guy said the certificate was not order and I said it being 2 months now, he said we will order it in one weeks time which I didn’t believe anymore. I had a email two weeks later your certificate will being with you in 20 working days but I know there were just messing me about and took my money and ran, but I was not going to let them get away with it. I ask for a full refund before I take further action, I got a email few days later to say there will email my certificate to me and when it arrive it was not a real certificate something a 5 year old would design on a computer for a school project and there misspell my surname to top it of. Then there said we will give you a full refund a week later still no money in the bank, so I sent them another email saying there had 7 days to get my money back or I will take this to the court claim. So I started getting the paper work ready for the courts thinking there will not pay me back. but telling them I was putting a claim against them worked and I got my refund in 2 days after 3 months of fighting with them, I'm happy the nightmare is over and I can say goodbye to them. I find another great college to continue my studies which I'm enjoy again and have a great tutor who I talk with on a daily basis. So please don't go near this place there not a college.

Total scam. Cheap courses offered. No log in details sent to access course. Couldnt open terms and conditions, e mailed them, wouldnt send them to me, asked if there will be any future financial obligations, you have to pay for the certificate after it is completed but when I called up they refused to say how much it would be and were quite rude and unhelpful. I wont be going ahead with the course. Money lost.
