Excellent service
I ordered online. On the same day, Monday, a lovely person called me because she thought I had made a mistake with my address (which doesn't autofill). The item was then sent from Qld to Vic and I received the item on Thursday. The item was exactly as described. I'm very happy.

I would like to sincerely thank the team at cracker jack costume. I ordered a costume in a large size. Upon packing my order there was only medium-size available. Instead of cancelling the order you replaced it with a more expensive costume. That costume is the same theme as the costume that I ordered with no additional costs to me. What an amazing experience and I’m very grateful. I would absolutely order again and I highly recommend shopping from you.

This store is AMAZING!
This store is AMAZING! The range they have is enormous and the staff were incredibly nice to deal with. I can't think of anything you could want for a costume or decor that this store doesn't have! Highly recommend making this your first stop of any costume & holiday decor needs!
