I bought via Amazon a pack of 3 Lavender Fragrance bead pouches and they were totaly useless! I couldn't smell any scent at all and they were like already exhausted or used from a very long time. Never again!

Initially, I only wanted to buy one glass thing, but actually realized that I wanted more, but then I discovered to my amazement that the company did not specify the cost of packaging and sending one glass thing. At that point I had already placed an order, so I merely looked up what THE LAW states about placing orders within the EU of which both the UK and Denmark are members - it stipulated that once you have placed your order and bought the item....the company cannot "say" that only THEN will you know what else to pay for - for instance packaging. I wrote to the company, but all of a sudden I was not welcome as a customer!! That was sooo rude. I had done nothing to deserve it. Surely, why not just write "portential customers outside the UK....not welcome - we refund your money - and do not bother us again. I still would have purchased the goods, but alas, the company thought otherwise.
