Salesman made out we were doing them a favour by taking fuel of them even though we did not need it inorder that they could clean a tank out. 2 days later the price had dropped another 5p per litre and they refused to match it. Lost a good customer now

We had some oil delivered this week by Craggs Energy. We weren’t home and the driver (Rob) hadn’t been before. He phoned me to see where the tank was and was very polite. When we got back the delivery had been made, I would recommend this company.

Craggs always try to accomodate our needs whenever possible, especially if I've run out of fuel.
Delivery is easy. We juat tell the driver what split we want into the tanks and he does the rest without affecting production.

Craggs have supplied us with oil for many years. Although not always the cheapest they have delivered to us under difficult winter conditions which is worth a lot to us. Alana (our account manager) and Rob (todays driver) are definitely 5⭐️

Jack the driver turned up pronto during a heatwave and instantly was on my wave-length when I said, "glad you turned up dead on time, it's freezing without heating" I like a sense of humour - nice fella.
