We just bought our 2026 Bailey Black Edition Pegasus Brindisi from Cranham Leisure, Hatfield Peverel. The sales team, (especially Beth, who also sold us our previous caravan), are pleasant and professional and are a pleasure to deal with. She and Luke go above and beyond. Mo also was extremely helpful.
There were some minor snagging issues with the new caravan but it was taken into the workshop and the issues were addressed and rectified very promptly. Brian and his team ensured the work was carried out to a professional standard and James did a fantastic job. We were very impressed.
The entire Cranham team from both the sales and service departments are a pleasure to deal with and we would highly recommend!

We went to the NEC Motorhome and Camping Show in October ‘25 to buy a 7m motorhome. It’s a perfect place to see all the options which we boiled down to two. Cranham Motorhomes were there with their Burstner range including the anniversary B66 models. Paul Spraggon showed us round the new 684 Lyseo. He was incredibly helpful, clearly knew the product and made sure he answered all of our questions. We were torn between the Burstner and a Pilote and could have gone either way. Paul made the difference and a deal was struck. Collection was quick and on time. Paul walked us around with a comprehensive explanation and gave us as much time as we needed. The whole experience was 5-star from start to finish. 4 months and many UK trips later we love our ‘Burt’ and Paul is always available to answer our rookie questions and offer advice. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I purchased my new Bailey Endeavour B62 in March 2025 from Bradley Nathan. The purchase experience was second to none, from the initial enquiry, through to taking delivery. The Campervan was presented to a high standard and the handover was thorough, covering all points relating to the vehicle. Bradley has kept in touch throughout my first year of ownership and any teething problems have been dealt with by Bradley, Simon and Dan in a professional and friendly manner at all times. Excellent Motorhome dealer, who I would have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family

We purchased our motor home in May 2025 having just popped into Cranham Motorhomes and caravans for a look 😄. Luke our salesperson was so professional in pairing us with a motorhome that suited our budget and needs. No hard sell at anytime, just helpful tips and a choice of a motorhomes. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and that includes the shop, who helped us tremendously as beginner's. Once we'd purchased we had a thorough briefing of the vehicle from Mac, who gave us as much time as we needed to familiarise ourselves with everything and all our questions were answered. Since May we've barely been at home and we're really enjoying this new way of holidaying especially as we can take our little dog with us now wherever we go. (The dog was the main reason we purchased the motor home, I missed her when we went away😄). This company are so honest, it quite 'blew us away' when we had a call from Cranham today 6/8/25 to say "our awning bit was in now". We didn't even know we needed "an awning bit😆!! Whilst on the call, we did say we'd had a few problems and the answer was "bring the "it" in and we'll get it sorted". No arguments just brilliant customer service and professionalism in the nicest possible way.
Have recommended (which is rare these days) Cranham to so many people who are also thinking of buying a motorhome or caravan. We also took advantage of the storage facilities that they offer. We found it the cheapest option and it is so secure with 24/7 security, this reflected when insuring our vehicle, cheaper insurance than having the motorhome on our drive.
Keep up the brilliant service you provide Cranham from two very happy campers!! 😊

I have used this company several times but was very disappointed when i used their shop and was told no cash . Surely it should be the customers right how they pay . Their loss as I purchased my goods elsewhere and got a better price . I won’t be back .

I actually thought I was getting a decent service after Simon listened to my concerns and advised me that it would be sorted.thank you Simon don’t let them old ones change you !
Unfortunately Simon is in the A127 branch (Upminster) and not the Hatfield branch which is where the staff certainly have an arrogant approach to customers unless you are parting with money !
So this is where you need to be thoughtful !! Do not take anyone’s word for it !!
My experience: they passed my motor home through its MOT the day before I bought it
It was unfortunate that I did nt take the motorhome out until over 6 months had passed !
I then was told by a garage that the air bag light was stuck on !!
A test was done it was due to the quib behind the steering wheel £600
I was told it had to be done for an MOT !
Because I had nothing but a bad experience with Cranham I decided to go back to video footage that I took the day I bought the van showing me the controls
In the video I check the advice I was told …. “that the light is fine” …as the light was stuck on then !
I was curious to know how it got through the MOT the day before 🤷🏻‍♀️ however I was made to feel like I was running down the MOT station because if they did it was nothing to do with them ! Mmmm ! I believe this to be a total lie from the arrogance of Darren on the phone
Clearly he had been told NOT to help me and he had no care or concern to a motor home that they had put on the road with a massive safety feature at fault yet promising it was all ok !!
They will reply to this with an arrogance like I notice they do with all the complaints and make it my fault just watch!
But take care to read the reviews as I find them all totally in character with my sick experience with this company!

As complete novices we visited cranham caravans at Hatfield Peverel and after a welcoming cup of coffee we were assisted by Lizzy, who was very professional and friendly, and helped us to choose our caravan.
When we collected our caravan, Lizzy spent about 2 hours teaching us how to work our caravan, even had to show us how to 'hitch up'.
With everything Lizzy taught us we had a fantastic break and everything worked perfectly.

Customer service was excellent, friendly and knowledgable. Luke and the reception staff couldn't do more to make us feel welcome and valued customers.
