placed order on 2/25/25. had questions about sizing but calls (multiple) to customer service were sent to voice mail with NO return call as "melissa" was busy and would call back when she had time. emails also went unresponded to. the socks were ill fitting and would not even go over my foot and came no where near the wide width I ordered. I finally demanded a refund and behold a response--short rude curt nasty call from an unnamed woman saying she had been out of the office for a month and was being slammed with phone calls and that she sent me a return label after which she hung up on me. socks returned. will never order from such a customer UNfriendly "company" again. I was not rude to this company but customer service is definitely lacking.

I really like the idea behind these socks. The crazy colors and styles are great. However, There are 2 things I don't like: One, the material is ok but not soft and two, they are really hard to get on. They do not stretch enough to slide them on easy.

My cardiologist suggested that I get some compression socks because of my sedentary job, I looked around and found Crazy Compression. I bought the Day of the Dead socks first. They fit perfectly and worked so well that I bought two more - Irish Miracle and Be the Change. All 3 are well made, beautifully colored, and do the job. The socks are made in the USA & the company is family owned. Oh, and the price was good. Win-Win!

4 because the socks really are amazing and beautiful. Lost a star over the random pricing. How is a pair of socks 80 bucks.. just no. Places need to stop saying "75% sale" after they raise the price 75% first! Ha! But damn if I won't still buy them. Lol

I am so bummed. I have been ordering socks from this company for years. They have always worked great and held up well. I just received $75 in socks and they have completely changed how they make them...they're like polyester and don't stay up anymore. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere

I ordered Nov 30. No message when ordering about expected delays however the confirmation order stated “10-15 days” …annoying but ok. Reached out yesterday (12/20) as they never shipped. I bought these to wear to work for Christmas. Said I wanted a cancellation and full refund. Got told I could get a 40$ credit and there had been a delay as they were out of a certain size. Suddenly today I get a shipped notification and they’re magically delivered the same day. I don’t work until after Christmas now and they had the nerve to send a “they were delivered today” email. Terrible customer service, would have preferred the cancellation. They’re really riding the “we are a small business excuse” but at the rates they’re charging (even on discount from Black Friday) it’s ridiculous.

I ordered 2 three packs.. they were supposed to come with one free gift per three pack. I placed my order November 11th. My order came in missing my two free gifts plus one three pack. Okay fine- they’re running behind. And they included a paper stating that. So I waited a week and then I reached back out.. December 3rd a new order was created. I just received my last three pack and one free gift.. not two like I was told.. today. December 18th. For the amount I paid for these socks I would’ve thought I would’ve gotten my order in the 5 business they quote on their website and maybe my extra free gift I was missing. The socks are cute but not worth the hassle.

I ordered a pair of their compression socks on November 1, per their website I should receive in 3-8 business days. I should have received the package no later than November 13. On the 11th I get notification my order is getting ready to be shipped, not that is has shipped. I contacted the company to just cancel my order since it hasn’t shipped and was told that wasn’t possible. Then today 11-15-24 I get a notification that my package is only 99.5 miles from their location and that now I should receive by the 18th!!! I used all my fingers and toes and that isn’t 3-8 business days. I also live another 400+ miles from there and the postal service is not well known for being expedient. So if I’m lucky I will receive them by Thanksgiving.

I’d also like to know exactly how many pairs they actually sell for $78 or is it $98? Not sure since the prices vary week to week. The retail amount changes based on the ‘discount’ given. I guess the person figuring the discount math does the shipping times math.

Then there’s the socks themselves. I will say the first pair I purchased do help but they are much too long. I went by their measurements and recommendations. I wear shoes all the time and where my shoes touch/rub on the socks has pilling so bad the socks are now uncomfortable.

I ordered October 28 and the expected time of delivery is Nov 16. The only thing crazy is the shipping time. They are apparently a small business so expect you to be ok with that. I ordered ahead of time for the trip I'm going on and now I won't get to have them in time. I was told they can't cancel my order because it's already being shipped but according to the tracking, it was supposed to be shipped 7 days ago. Where is it? I am not sure but I think this could be a scam.

Ordered one pair to see if I liked them since they are flooding Facebook. My doctor suggested to wear compression socks after having bunion surgery on both my big and little toes and two hammer toes. I thought they were cute with ombre pink and purple color. When I put them on, the dye came off on.my hands and nails. I contacted the company and their response was they would let quality control know. It also took over 3 weeks for them to arrive in the mail. I would of thought they would of offered a different color like white or something else to replace but that wasn't even mentioned. Not a very professional company. I won't order anything else from them and I'm glad I didn't order their "bundles" at the high price they are.

They refunded my money promptly. They said the very long delay was due to overwhelming number of orders. That’s fair but I should have gotten a note. I may try them again bec the socks get many good reviews which now appear to be legit.

I ordered $143 in compression socks in August, and they took my money immediately but it took a month to get the socks. Upon receipt, I immediately returned the order and requested a refund, and it's been a month since they received them but still no refund. BEWARE THIS SELLER!

Absolute scam. Ordered and received 1 confirmation email and no product m. Emailed and no response. Just called today and someone picked up right away. I gave them my order number and said I wanted a refund. She said okay and I got a confirmation email. I’ll be checking my records to make sure the money get returned.

I would seriously caution ordering from this company. I am in the process of requesting a chargeback since its been 15 days since my order and no word in regards of my order. I've filled out their online form and no response, and there are many customers online (facebook) asking the company for their orders with no response. Save your money. I feel like I've been scamed.

it’s a scam. my order never came
