Fitters come today 2 lads, couldn’t fault them at all. What a pair of cracking lads and fitters, the join in my Lino u can’t even see it, they did my hallway, and my open plan living room and kitchen, and I wouldn’t have anyone else, complex lino to match but the lads made it perfect, professional throughout and my dog toffee even loved them both…helped with lifting furniture as well and like say top lads who I would 1000% recommend to anyone.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great communication regarding fitting date/ time etc. The fitter did an excellent job and I love my new carpet. Thank you

Salesman was very helpful and no pressure sales the the two lads that came to fit carpet were great everything went better than I thought it would

0 stars is what this company deserves. Where do I start? I am so sad, frustrated, and disappointed. I renovated a recently purchased 3-bedroom house and made the fatal mistake of trying to save money by going with this company. The underlay feels very thin and flat, and you can almost feel the floorboards beneath. The carpet itself is Velcro-like, so when you walk around in socks, you have to yank your feet off the carpet. I am so sad. This was meant to be my sanctuary home—I have given careful thought to every piece of furniture, obviously excluding this one.

Scam company! Dont trust crazy price carpets, they take your money and run, fob you off with dates and make every excuse in the book to not finish the fittings. Had to contact trading standards and citizens advice. Avoid!

I have retracted my last comment as the situation has been resolved. Miscommunication and misunderstanding was the problem. The issue has now been rectified and resolved. Thanks to the lady on the phone from customer service who got straight on to it and chased up the Necessary people. Good job once it was fixed and finished

Let down yet again say there going to ring back and don't bother absolute joke tell you what keep your 50 quid and don't bother peicing my carpet up I'll do ot my self swear down any 1 reading this do not use this company there a cowboy company who take your money then run getting reported to trading standards now

This company has certainly got the correct name alright because you will go crazy, if you get your flooring from here. If you’ve got plenty of time to spare and you don’t mind waiting around for days and weeks for flooring that will never arrive then this is the flooring company for you!!
Good luck is all I’ll say , you’ll need it shopping here, oh and don’t be fooled with the crazy prices , they aren’t even competitive!! Don’t make the same mistake I did.
Use a reputable company and avoid this one!

Don't do job as described pay 600 to do full flat which never done properly left with sitting room cut short wouldn't rectify what they had done tried to palm me off with 50 pound are to do carpet again then rearranged to come out in put carpet right which no-one turned up

Absolute shambles. I paid a £100 deposit was scheduled for a fitting for a carpet last week. I was told that I would get a courtesy call 2 days before to confirm; that call never came. So I called them and they said they can't even confirm time/date yet, but they were eager to take the remaining payment of course.

On the actual morning of the fitting a staff member rang to apologise that the laminate floor installer was not available today. I said that it is a carpet that I ordered and not laminate. After a few hours they called back to say there was a mistake in the paperwork that they had put me down for laminate and the carpet can be ordered and fitted next week instead. This is after clearing out the whole living room of furniture in preparation and I'm living in chaos.

I said next week is tricky as I'm travelling for work I was then left for hours awaiting a callback. Nobody answering my calls either, then eventually I was advised that the manager Jason would call me back within 30 minutes, which he obviously never did. My subsequent phone calls were not being answered either.

I then emailed to ask for a full refund because of how scummy this company is but was told that wouldn't be possible because they've already ordered the carpet for me now so I would have to forfeit my £100 deposit if I want to cancel now.

Finally I do have a fitted carpet but they scarpered without saying a word and leaving a whole massive mess of offcuts, plastic wrap and bits of gripper rod piled up in the middle of the room. Complete clusterf*ck of a company. I'd leave 0 stars if possible.

Cheap and Nasty Carpets AVOID!! They completely mis sold me this cardboard cheap horrible carpet. Fitters, where do i start. Cut carpet outside on road, then proceeded to fit landing/stairs/passage carpet, stairs far too tight, nailed and sprayed down, stairs now horrendously creaky. Waste of 489.
Honestly wish I’d never used this company as after 3 weeks the carpet is flat and old looking.
Also the carpet did not smell “new” was covered in dirty cat hairs off the fitters van.

Perfect service came to measure and bring samples and were friendly and professional, thanks.

Initially welcoming in store,measurements given for all rooms, they converted my feet and inches to meters by Jason, Jason came to measure the full house, which our measurements were correct, carpets ordered,deposit paid, date given for fitting, lads were very good laying the carpets, paid in full via a phone call received from the company while carpets were still being fitted,lads inform all done, noted one lounge was not fitted, they inform it was not on the plans, telephone call made to explain, they inform they will be in touch, they did call back and they report we had told Jason we did not want the room doing ????, very strange as we want all rooms the same. Numerous calls are made, they inform Jason will call us back, still waiting.
All I wanted was to talk and try and resolve the case of the missing carpet.
Credit card company informed they have retracted money so we can go elsewhere to try and get a match,we received a threatening letter from Crazy carpets demanding the money, telephone call made to credit card who inform Crazy carpets need to deal with them and not ourselves, they inform the telephone call has been recorded.
What a shame all I wanted to do was talk to Jason.

Had carpet fitted today by Martin and then rang back up to rebook measuring for my other rooms with the help of sue both very professional and helpful Martin fitted the carpet super quick left it in nice clean state I opted for a cheaper carpet just to get me over Christmas and honestly impressed with the quality and I even have it compared to another cheaper carpet form another company and it’s miles better quality highly recommend

Update to my last review :

I got a phone call on the 11th September 2025 off Jason the manager to say they had seen my review and they would like to sort my issues out they said they would give me a call 24 hours later and fair to say it’s now the 16th September 2025 and still no call back… I wasn’t really bothered about them sorting my issues out as they had all done a terrible job to begin with

Had my carpet fitted by Ryan a few weeks ago absolute lovley lad and done an amazing job! Today I had my kitchen Vinyl flooring done by the same lad Ryan he’s done a fantastic job once again!
5 STAR!!

I also had my laminated flooring done a few weeks ago in living room can’t remember the lads names but they also did an excellent job! Would recommend this company too anyone who wants the jobs doing right! And the quality of all 3 items are 100% the best!
Oh and because I had already used them for my carpet and laminate flooring I had £75 off my vinyl ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had originally booked to have a full house done and the price i was given was competitive paid the deposit and the sale fell through next day called up and explained but they said the deposit was none refundable so I decided to get done flooring done in my current house the price was not as competitive as getting a whole house done. The fitters were great by the day before they came I was told I’d have to lift the old flooring myself or pay an extra £70 to have it lifted for me which I decided to pay as I did not have time to do it myself. Flooring that’s been put down i have no issue with and the lads did a great job.

I can't believe I'm only writing this review having had my new carpets from Crazy Price since March 😜 Sue, even though iv never met you and only spoke over the phone, thank you very much for being amazing,understanding and thoughtful from the beginning to the end, when you made mine and my sons house a home ❤ Jason, thank you for your honesty and kindness to myself and my son when you came to measure my full house, this was also shown to my daughter when you went to measure her property too. What can I say about the fitters 😉 Elijah, what a lovely, polite lad you were for the short time you spent here it was nice to meet you. Due to another job you had to attend too, you left two outstanding young lads, Jackson and Mikey to fit my home. They both made at a sad time for my family, a day to remember, but it wasn't just them its been the whole company from the start of my enquiry to the fitting of our home ❤

Had 3 bedrooms and staircase carpeted and laminate through living room and hall today. What a fantastic bunch of fitters. Every single one of them (5 in total, 2 doing carpets and 3 for laminate), genuine lovely chatty and fun gents. Love our new flooring. Thank you. Would highly recommend.

All sorted u til rude fitter arrived had 3 areas clear 1 needed 10 mins to finish as we received no time of arrival given and whilst those upstairs rooms being done 2to clear downstairs he said can't do any of them I asked why not he walked to van asked again why couldn't start he then just drove off leaving us with no bedrooms to sleep in. Lady in office tried her best to sort and now kept deposit !!!!!
