Suspicion of fraud on the return process
Dear Sirs, Sirs,
I hereby submit a complaint regarding the process of returning the vehicle rented through your company. CRC | Contrato de Aluguer PT 025210970
When the vehicle was delivered, I was informed that there were scratches on the right-hand wheels (front and rear), which, according to the employee present, would be considered as damage to be registered. However, I would like to express my complete astonishment at this situation, as I do not recall it causing any type of damage during the period of use. Furthermore, these risks are so subtle that they only become visible with very careful observation â almost using a magnifying glass.
The way the employee carried out the inspection made me uncomfortable and made me feel like he already knew exactly what to look for, as if the company was already aware of the damage. This behavior raises serious doubts about the fairness of the process and suggests that it may be a systematic practice, potentially aimed at activating external insurance (in this case, the insurance contracted through Rentalcars, and not directly with you).
I reiterate that I consider the process very strange and I deeply regret the way everything was conducted. I therefore request a rigorous and impartial reassessment of this situation, as well as a formal explanation of the criteria used to detect and attribute the alleged damages.
I await a prompt response from you and reserve the right to forward this complaint to the appropriate authorities if I do not receive satisfactory clarification.

I definitely do not recommend it. A complete fraudulent company. They did not refund my deposit even though it was 10 days. I am sending an e-mail to contact them but they do not respond. During the delivery of the vehicle, they took 615 euros of payment under the pretext of a small scratch and a stain on the seat. They did not refund my blocked money of 2150 euros either. Stay away. Definitely stay away.

Attention au arnaque
Attention au arnaque , jâai payé 185⬠pour lâassurance car il nâaccepte pas le carte débit surtout sâétait marqué quâil accepte ce type de carte pour les français avant que jâai fais la réservation aprÚs le 185⬠elle a bloqué 300⬠frais de garantie et en plus elle a re bloqué 50⬠pour le frais du péage de l'autoroute , surtout lâaccueil et le discussion sâétait trop froid et elle voulait pas faire des efforts pour mieux expliquer ni répondre au question.
AprÚs 5 jours jâai lavé la voiture et jâai fais le pleins avant le rendre .
La personne qui a réceptionné la voiture était trÚs gentille et il nous a expliqué ce quâil faut en plus il a rendu 289⬠du 300⬠car il a trouvé quâil yâa 11⬠pour le péage de lâautoroute quâon a utilisé et il nous a dit que le 50⬠sa va être remboursé dans 20 jours maximum.
AprÚs le 25 jours jâai trouvé quâils sont retirés 14⬠et quelques centimes ce qui me fait peur sâil continue à retirer pendant quelques temps .
Enfin évitez ce arnaque pour être tranquille pendant vos vacances .

My carhire had been via discoverycars.com who then use this company. I had pre-paid for everything, On arrival i asked if i could upgrade to an Automatic and the chap said yes, how much i asked, very little he said. The price i was due to pay at CRC was just under £100 the actual "'very little" price was over £500 for 9 days. The documentation is all on a tablet which is directly scrolled to the agree and sign with little to no time to see the actual document. During the chats you are constantly told that this deposit is being taken and then another on the credit card and its made very confusing. Very deliberately done. I will be much more careful in future. I would never use or recommend this company !!!! If you do demand to see all he prices, get them to write if its a deposit or actual costs.
