Glasgow Branch in St Enoch’s. My iPhone was not charging and reported it through my insurance. Got told to take it into local shop for repair. Lots of emails indicating a suitable time for the shop. Whas told an hour to fix and when returned phone fully working and charging. Two weeks later informed them that the loudness has gone. After returning to shop informed that the loudness was not to do with earlier repair but would fix any way. Great customer service, friendly and helpful staff. Thanks

I was recommended to visit Aly in Glasgow and he was a wizard!

Problems sorted with a great banter!

The staff member was really helpful by fixing my phone screen, and he took it a step further, by cleaning it for me and putting on a screen protector as well.

So thank you for that.

Ali is absolutely incredible. After getting a ridiculous quote to get my phone repaired by EE (even though it's still in warranty with Three) Ali repaired it in 20 minutes and it's like brand new....and it didn't break the bank.....I'll be coming here for everything in future 🙃
