Bag never arrived. Although tracking never showed shipped. One message from customer service saying they would not refund until the order was returned then stopped replying. Poor customer service / scam.

I ordered a $30 bag from CRDBAG and was charged a $25 fee for it to be shipped.

CRDBAGs website says that customers will be responsible for any import fees or tariffs, but when UPS arrived with my package they charged me a $37.38 brokerage fee for their administrative services, not technically an import or tariff fee - and wouldn't release the package to me until I paid.

In order to accept my shipment, I had to pay a total of $62+ in shipping and fees for a $30 item, and was given absolutely no forward knowledge of this from CRDBAG, or UPS. This brokerage fee is not mentioned anywhere on their website and even though I've ordered international many times, I've never had to pay a brokerage fee as most international companies usually pay for shipping that includes any fees on their end, not the customer.

HOWEVER when I reached out to them about it they were incredibly prompt and helpful and told me they didn't mind refunding whatever extra I paid in brokerage fees directly to me. Between the time I ordered it (August 25) and the time I received it from Sweden (September 2nd) the laws regarding tariffs into the US changed (on August 29th.) which is what caused the miscommunication and issue. They resolved it promptly and the product is amazing quality and had a little bag of Swedish fish in it - not just any Swedish fish, Swedish fish from Sweden - they were delicious!
