Creamchargerswarehouse レビュー

Honestly if i could give a 0 star rating to this place I would. Absolutely no integrity as a business and a bunch of incompetent people working who barely speak English. Theyre rude and block numbers when confronted with their mistakes. There is not a single ounce of customer service. Im going to contact my bank to help me out. They didnt ship out the package when they were supposed to. I paid for NDD and it came 2 days later due to their mishandling. When they sent me the items it came with NO nozzles and they refuse to help. Absolutely avoid this scam of a company. Use discount cream instead. Much better customer service and much better experience. These lot are dodgy and are doing a shambolic job running a ‘company’. Who forgets to pack the nozzles? Im now 3 days behind on my job and there is no care or consideration for the delay they have caused me. Please AVOID. You will regret it

Awaiting a response from customer services, ordered on Wednesday for next day delivery, i emailed saturday to cancel the order, no response.

Order turned uo on Tuesday, which is too late for when I needed them for.

Awaiting a response

This company is awful. The checkout is broken - the delivery options are messed up and next day option is actually 3-5 day. Over a week has passed since my order and I haven't even got a tracking number. All the contact details on the website are wrong so I tried the only email I know is right, the one they use to send you confirmations, and I got no response. The actual company name is Fastbrew Ltd run by Rukhsar Matloob and you can find their real address on companies house (Company number 16992343) if you want to complain and you absolutely should if they have taken your money and given you nothing in return.

I order an item that says its in stock but they always send me something completely wrong, every order I place, starting to think I might have to take my business elsewhere and look for a different supplier.

Amazing, my fastwhip was delivered next day as promised. Chris

Order something “next day delivery” and next day delivery has been almost been 2 weeks now I believe and still go nothing. And not getting my phone calls answered either so please order number is Order #43337

Ordered coffee beans 4x1kg, said they were in stock. Days later I got an email saying I was being refunded. Checked my credit card and they had actually charged me again! Waiting for the credit card to sort it out

Absolutely fine came when it said 0 issues , ver weirded out how there’s 1 star reviews when clearly the website is far from a scam!

Recommend them highly quick and efficient

Very bad seller. They refund all my orders and I tried with many cards, so is not from my card or bank account.
No explanation, no nothing.

I’ve only ever wrote about 3 reviews in my life but I wanted to write one for this company because they have some negative ones which I think could be fake , my experience was good I ordered stuff to make a Halloween cake and was worried it wouldn’t get delivered after I seen the reviews but it came in time in perfect condition

They are allowing their products to be purchased by drug users

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering! Ordered Segafredo for next day delivery. Not only has it not been delivered but no response to any communications via e-mail and no returned calls which go through to a mailbox or you get a message that the phone is turned off. Scam company.
Will be reporting it and also going to bank for remedial action.

I would love to know.. why this company took money out of my bank account without my permission?? I’ve had to freeze my account and get another card. My bank is investigating this issue. I have no idea how this company got my bank details. I would stay away from this company.

I was annoyed with myself when I didn’t look at the TrustPilot reviews prior to ordering. Saw a wave of negative reviews claiming it was a scam so I was ready for a bank chargeback. But alas, ordered yesterday, had a DPD tracking number come through and received the next day. Can’t fault the service 🤣 Thanks so much.

Scam, avoid at all costs. Pretty sure all those 5 star reviews are fake.
I ordered, product never delivered. Emails never responded to. Phone goes directly to voice mail and never returned.
After looking at their about us page where their CEO's and employees only have first names should have been a red flag if only I looked

SCAM

Avoid this company at all costs - they will not deliver your products.

I suspected it to be dodgy as had no confirmation after ordering, but they come by dpd two days later all good so my opinion has changed, it’s sceptical but it works

Ordered 2 x 1kg of segafredo coffee beans 10 days ago, paid £5.95 for next day delivery. I’ve received no delivery, no update via email. I’ve emailed, no response. The two numbers listed on the website just ring, no answer. I believe this company are a scam, and I will be reporting to trading standards via distant selling rules.

Placed an order from cream chargers warehouse on Friday 23rd May 2025 For next day delivery. It’s now Tuesday 27th May 2025 and still not had the items delivered.

Contacted cream chargers warehouse but they do not seem to care as it’s not their business that’s being affected.
