I booked an appointment for my initial fertility scan and consultation via the website, however as an error on their part they were not able to facilitate this date, they cancelled and rebooked on a date I had not approved,( I am required to give my work 4 weeks notice for annual leave) I informed create fertility I could not do the date they had resheduled to due to lack of notice, and I informed them of this well within the cancellation notice period. They will not refund me as I have been marked as a no show, despite no error on my part. Very unprofessional, and now trying to hold me hostage as to rebooking. If this is how they operate, i dont feel comfortable going forward with this provider and will be looking into other providers, £250 out of pocket.

They were excellent from a medical perspective but their administration is terrible
No direct call lines so can’t get through to person you want. Always call backs.

No direct emails so same as above.

Tested our embryo’s without consent and tried to charge us. You are unable to have a discussion with anyone. It makes it a very stressful experience given you are stressed anyway. Poor to little emotional intelligence

We are so glad we chose CREATE fertility to accompany us on this emotional journey! They were clear, honest and were at the end of the phone whenever we had questions. They were also just an email away and we are really thankful and grateful for the friendly, kind faces that have helped us throughout this journey! We were so lucky to have fallen pregnant on our first cycle of IUI and feel so blessed, from our first appt to first cycle the time was just 6 months and would have been sooner although I had to undergo some further health checks. Thank you for everything!

We had an amazing experience using Create Nottingham, they were attentive and explained everything thoroughly the whole way through our process. Penny was particularly amazing and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. We're so grateful to have had them support our pregnancy journey.

The staff at Create are absolutely amazing. They are so considerate and talk you through every step of the journey. I honestly couldn't recommend them more. They have helped myself and my partner finally start the family that we have been wanting for a long time. For that, I will always be grateful.

After many years of trying, we felt it would never happen until we found out about Create Fertility Clinic.
My nurse Penny were really supportive. We were able to ask any questions and were guided through the process with useful emails and telephone calls during each stage.
We welcomed our baby boy in February 2024.
I can't thank to all staff in Nottingham and Birmingham enough for our lucky story!
We are thinking of going back for siblings round!

The whole procedure was straightforward and simplified for us. This time it was FET procedure and we are happy with the team and satisfied with the care provided. 🥰

Our whole IVF experience with create was amazing from the first appointment with Penny who was brilliant right through to our last. Each and every staff member really made us feel cared for at such an emotional time.
Being a same sex couple we were made to feel at ease and listened too.
We can’t thank create enough for making our dreams come true after our first round of IVF was successful. We now have our beautiful 8 week old daughter. We feel so lucky.
I would recommend anyone who requires fertility treatment to go with create. If we decide to try again for our second baby we would no doubt go with create.
Thank you again for everything, our family feels complete now our little girl has arrived.

Awesome experience with the fertility clinic at Nottingham. Great experience with Penny and Bryne, they have taken extra care and always available.

Thankyou so much Penny and Dr Byrne for all your patience, guidance and support in our journey to have a family. I am grateful for you advocating for me, your patient led care and allowing me to suggest some things along the way, but also importantly managing my expectations.

Our baby girl was born happy and healthy on the 3rd June 2024. She was a long hard battle - I had 4 full ivf cycles and 4 transfers. My last transfer was a double embryo transfer that got us our little girl. All whilst under Dr Byrne and Penny. They never gave up hope and as long as I was ok with continuing (which I was) they were always in my corner and never made me feel hopeless.

We had been trying to have a baby for almost 5 years. Prior to ivf we had 4 pregnancy losses and then stopped being able to conceive altogether. There was a mixture of low ovarian reserve and male factor infertility.

Still can’t believe she is here! Happy and chunky at 8 pound 3 even though she was 1 week early 😊 my pregnancy was straight forward as well.

I would like my story to give others hope - 4th transfer lucky and 5 embryos transferred altogether. Never had a huge amount of eggs or embryos, and never had top quality embryos either, but it didn’t matter in the end. We got there eventually.

Penny and the entire team have just been incredible. So professional, kind and caring. From the moment we began our IVF journey we have felt listened to, supported and understood.
Penny is an absolute superstar who has worked tirelessly to provide us with the most outstanding care and support.
Both my husband and I cannot recommend ABC highly enough. The team are always an email or phone call away and have put all of their efforts into making our dreams come true.

My husband and I would recommend Create/ABC for anybody looking at starting fertility treatment. We feel like we have been well looked after right from the start and the whole team have been amazing. Our nurse at Nottingham, Penny, is so compassionate and caring and made a difficult journey much easier. Our patient coordinator Harriet answered any questions and emails very quickly and always put our mind at ease. We were discharged today after successful treatment and couldn't be more grateful to the team at Nottingham. The team at Birmingham who we went to for the procedures were also fantastic and we couldn't fault them.

Penny was our nurse consultant and was incredible from the very beginning. She put us at ease, explained everything and took our personal choices into consideration. Most importantly, she addressed us as a couple rather than speaking to me and ignoring the male partner, which I hear is all to common in fertility appointments. We felt much more comfortable with Penny than we did with any of the other doctors and were more comfortable in the Nottingham clinic that the Birmingham one (much more personal at Nottingham). We didn't have a straight forward journey, lots of it was challenging and unexpected times, but glad we stuck it out for a successful pregnancy.

All the staff are lovely, extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable. We had a great experience at every visit and always felt in the best of hands. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for help to extend their family.
