Well where do I start after having a terrible time with a previous rep from another company along came Dan Walley, sorted my account out for me, and was very willing to help always at the end of the phone. Since dealing with him I feel alot at ease, Thanks again Dan x

Dan came out to my business and helped me change from world pay, he explained everything and was very helpful. It’s made a big difference, I’ve made a good saving from changing :)

sales rep came in advising lower rates for card transactions and monthly fee, however bill after bill came with more and more charges, they did not save us money at all, we were paying £19 a month charge when create pay conned us it went to £45 a month!

Excellent service and ongoing support from CreatePay. Our contact Mr Parker has been extremelly helpful and assisted all the way in transitioning from our previous supplier. Highly recommend

Matthew Wickham was really helpful at setting my new machine at Studio 66.
He was very easy to work with and took all the stress out of sending emails to my old surplyer and explained everything really clearly

What a great experience in dealing with createpay. Daniel walley was polite and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and set the card machine up with ease. He made sure that I had no problems in using the machine. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Dan came in just with some information on the card readers not in a pushy way like most I’ve had pop in his approach was amazing informative and straight to the point! Everything from that point has been made fast and easy and couldn’t recommend his service enough!

I signed up for worldpay after speaking with Gordon. He was amazing at setting up and was really clear on explaining everything. He made the whole process so smooth and easy. Anytime I need a hand with something he is always quick to respond and help out! Highly recommend !!

Harvey from worldpay was really professional and made the whole process easy and stress free.
