Achtung FALSCHINFORMATION. Es handelt sich nicht (wie auf der Webseite angegeben) um eine Firma in Schweden sondern um eine Firma mit Sitz in China. Rückgabe extrem schwierig und mühsam. Kommunikation schlecht. Qualität minderwertig.

The items I received didn't look ANYTHING like their website showed. The products are made in China and are TOTALLY GARBAGE!!! Then, when you try to return the product, they don't respond to your email to provide you with a return authorization number. This is a TOTAL RIPOFF!!! This place should be out of business for STEALING people's hard earned money!!! Don't waste your money or time with such losers, cowards, and pieces of crap that they are!!! I hope everyone associated with this company, burns in hell for eternity!!!

Und auch diese Fake Shop war in der Youtube Werbung !!! Youtube fördert Betrug und verdient daran.

Kann ich auch minus 100 Sterne vergeben? Meine Rücksendung ist angeblich nicht angekommen. Nicht mein Pech. An alle Käufer mit ähnlichem Schicksal: Laut § 355 Abs. 3 S. 4 BGB trägt der Verkäufer das Risiko, falls die Rücksendung bei ihm nicht ankommt. Lasst euch also nicht verarschen von Creative Cheating bzw ihrer Inkasso-Mafia.

Totally misleading advertising. The product is marketed as Swedish, but it’s actually made in China—something I would have known had I checked Trustpilot reviews beforehand. The quality feels cheap for the price. On top of that, returns are difficult—you’re required to pay for shipping back to China, and they still reserve the right to decide if the item meets their return standards. Beware!!!!!

The company advertises a 30-day return policy, which initially gave me confidence in the purchase. However, when I tried to return the item, I discovered that it must be shipped back to China — resulting in return costs of €85.64 from Germany.

At the same time, the website suggests that the company is based in Stockholm, which makes this practice misleading at best. This crucial information about return logistics and costs is not communicated clearly.

Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing.

Received cheap looking items and after many emails was told I would need to pay $50-100 to ship the items back.

They are not upfront about this policy;
if you are in another area outside of Stockholm don’t risk buying from them !

Clearly I found TrustPilot too late for this! Bought 2 items I damaged, have got absolutely nowhere regarding refund or exchange. You get trapped in a vortex of AI driven nonsense on email web chat. Like most others here, suggest you avoid!

The shipment still hasn't arrived, I should have looked at trust pilot before I ordered it. The shipping company seems to be a scam and the product is apparently going to be disappointing if I ever get it. DO NOT PURCHASE through this company. Another scam from internet sites .. disgrace!

this is an international scam. the person receiving the money via Shopify rents videos (porn) and sells (pirated) music. the person is a spy for the Chinese government.

This company is a scam.

They took a month to ship my order, then claimed it was lost and they were going to ship it again, then went back and said it was on the way, then claimed it was delivered when it wasn't. They simply ignore any request to cancel the order and get a refund and only reply to the messages they want to reply to. Stay away from this company.

Ich habe einen Sterneprojektor bestellt. Die Qualität war minderwertig und bei Rücksendung habe ich erst erfahren, dass ich die Ware auf eigene Kosten nach China zurücksenden muss. Das sind fast 20 Euro Porto. Das war vor mehr als 6 Wochen und ich warte noch immer auf eine Rückerstattung des Warenwertes. Diverse Mails von mir sind seit 6 Wochen unbeantwortet.

Es scheint sich um Betrüger zu handeln!
Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage wurde weder ein Impressum, noch der Sitz der Gesellschaft, noch der CEO genannt. Stattdessen wurde von einem KI-Bot auf "Privatsphäre" der Firma und des CEO's verwiesen!! Diese Infos sind verpflichtend und für seriöse Firmen selbstverständlich.
Empfehlung: Nur bei Firmen kaufen, die ein vollständiges Impressum angeben.

The product took forever to arrive. By the time I got it I didn't need it anymore and I returned it.
It has been 2 months and I still did not get my refund.

Product wasn't as advertised. Cheap and generally rubbish. Won't answer emails. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

No good at all, you have to charge them every day if you use in a kitchen.

Slechte goedkope kwaliteit. Oplaadbare lamp is binnen no time weer leeg.
