I ordered my chestnut roaster and fork at lunchtime, and it arrived less than 24 hours later! Super quick service and the goods arrived well packaged, and in good order.

Easy to order
Easy to order, great value, delivered very promptly, excellent quality. Just what I wanted to cook steaks on my outside burner. Although it was already seasoned I seasoned it again with veg oil in a hot oven and plan to re - season it after every use. Great purchase. Derek Field

Thank you for your review, we really appreciate it. Hopefully the sunny weather will return again for you to do your outdoor cooking. :)
Rough surface and costly return
Unfortunately the griddle pan I ordered had a very rough surface inside and out, which meant I could not use it on a glass induction hob. I had to pay a lot of postage to return due to the weight. I cannot recommend unfortunately.

Hello, we are sorry that you have found this to be the case. It is a large piece of cast iron which does take time to heat up right to the edges. However, if you are not happy with the product please email us.
