Hi John,

We’re disappointed to hear this.

As discussed during the sales process, onboarding and throughout the entire engagement, the templates would be returned to you with placeholder linkage, copy and imagery that you could populate with content of your choice.

You advised us at the outset that this wasn't an issue as a member of your team would be assisting with this given they had intimate knowledge of your products and catalogue.

We were able to deliver the templates to you 2 weeks ahead of schedule (12 week project), giving you time to review the templates and provide any feedback to us so we could assist with completion and go live.

Within 24 hours of receiving the templates in their promised state, you had removed our store access and requested a 100% refund. Multiple team members reached out to you requesting a short call to run through the templates and assist you with any issues you were having, however you refused this.

You explicitly stated that you would not allow any type of mediation to take place and if you did not receive a full refund immediately you would file a chargeback against us.

While we respect your right to share your experience, we do not believe this review accurately reflects the substantial design, development, and implementation work completed throughout the engagement, nor the genuine efforts made by the multiple team members to assist following delivery.

From the beginning, our goal is always to understand a brand properly before making recommendations. Every brand has different challenges, customers, and opportunities, so we're pleased that the level of preparation, analysis, and strategic thinking stood out during those early conversations.

It's also great to hear that the structure of the project, from the design walkthroughs and feedback process to the project board, recordings, and regular updates, gave you confidence throughout the build. We believe that transparency and communication are just as important as the final result.

While we're delighted to hear that conversion rate and add-to-cart performance have improved, the part that stood out most to us was your comment that the site finally feels like Zayabi. Creating an online experience that truly reflects the vision founders have for their brand is something we care deeply about, and we're thrilled that the finished site feels authentic to what you originally set out to build.
