I had an issue when I was not awareâŠ
I had an issue when I was not aware that despite of saying a signed up for a 4 week's trial I was going to be charged £100.00 after a week's trial. I was very upset about it as I didn't even have time to try the app. However, their customer service was very helpful and refunded me 50% of the charge and gave me an extra 4 weeks to be able to try the app which I really appreciated. Thanks

I didnât understand that I was subscribing when I was doing the trial, and the emails saying that the payment was going to go through were on my spam, so I was very frustrated when the payment went through specially because I didnât use the app. But, they were very helpful and reasonable and even though I was very upset they helped me and refunded me.
