Their system said my design quality was âperfect,â but the prints came out blurry. When I asked why, they started throwing around terms like DPI, PPI, vectors, and anti-aliasing instead of admitting their system is misleading.
Iâm a German/ EU business and they refused to refund VAT, even though other printing companies do this and EU law allows it.

I bought my creator studio order over 1 years ago, and it has the best printing quality I have ever seen. 1 year on, and not a single blemish has appeared, it is the same as when I bought it. The colour is also so true to the design I added and the clothes are so comfy, so 10/10 all round.
Just a pro-tip for the women: if you want a hoodie, buy the male one, it has a pocket!
