Good service and they don’t push you into accepting expensive treatments that may not be necessary. Easy to get appointments and a nice environment.

I’m a behaviourist and trainer, so I’m in and out of vets across London all the time, and these guys are a rare find. They’re incredibly professional, but more than that, the vets genuinely care. You can tell it’s a passion for them, not just a job.
My own best friends, my cocker 'Marcolino' and my doberman 'London' are actually happy to walk through the door there, which says everything. My clients are all over the moon with them too. They’ve been nothing but brilliant with us. So thank you so much guys!

We have a nervous dog, and the guys at the Mill Hill Broadway clinic have been nothing but fab with him. Easing him in gently, giving lots of attention, not rushing appointments, and lots of treats and cuddles. Vets have been a bit of a traumatic thing for him (and us..) in the past, so we're really glad to have moved over to CC and will continue to recommend to any and all pet owners that we know. A really great concept for vet surgeries, and we're really happy!

Creature comforts (Putney) team exceeds our expectations at every visit. They are a great team of professionals, from their receptionist to vet surgeons. They always take their time with Barkley (who is a very nervous Chi) and are very patient. We never feel rushed. Barkley feels like he is well cared for at every visit - even if it is for cuddles and treats (Yes! Another cool service they offer to nervous dogs to help build positive association with the place).

From the moment Creature Comforts opened 2 years ago, my dog Billy has been in the greatest hands ever. The whole team is profoundly skilled across the board - both in terms of the incredible veterinary skills they administer and the extraordinary care and love they give him. The membership process is such a brilliant idea in that by paying a small monthly fee which covers his worming and flea treatments, the surgery has a free open door policy for any worries I might have across the year - so I can book an appointment for Billy for any concern I may have, but would only be charged if there is actually an ailment that needs treating. And so far this has been only occasional! Jake and Clio and Sam and the entire CC gang are always so pleased to see Billy and he's made such a fuss of whenever we pop in - I'm pretty certain he invents issues just so we have an excuse to go! I can't thank the team enough for looking after him so exceptionally - I know what safe, qualified and honest hands Billy is in and I am forever grateful. Suzi

The team at balham are professional, knowledgeable and kind. Daisy my frenchie loves being there and she always gets plenty of cuddles ( and treats) thanks guys

Both my labradors are registered here and always want to go in when we walk past the door - which really reflects how safe and cared for they feel.

In particular my 5 year old black lab who has always been anxious had her annual check and vaccs without a muzzle for the first time ever because of the time taken to make her feel safe
Also this meant I could actually talk to the vet about her instead of getting out a quickly a possible!

Beautiful practice, very clean and welcoming environment with friendly and helpful staff. Our vet Sam is very kind, knowledgeable and patient so we can relax and know that our Russian Blues always get the VIP treatment. Thank you!

I am so thrilled Creature Comforts opened near my home in Putney. I love the membership and benefits, being an anxious mum of an allergy prone bulldog, being able to go for regular check ups and not worry about drop fees makes me feel a lot more at ease. Not only that, but all the vets and staff are so lovely and make you feel at home. Bridget is always happy to go there and see everyone. Thank you Creature Comforts team!

Creature Comforts exmplifies what a vertinary practice should be - compassionate, competent, ethical and open. They always respond quickly to queries and give expert care to my dogs when needed. The reminders to give the boys their monthly medication is really helpful as well. They have a fantastic app which makes communication a breeze.

Creature Comforts in Barnet High Street are fantastic with my Frenchie!! She absolutely loves going here to see everyone even when we are not booked! She makes sure to get her fussies and treats from the staff whom are delightful. They have her an emergency Pyo Op and helped me keep the cost down as we had tried to have our Kiki spayed many times before with other Vets that let us down. Kiki will be going for her vaccine update next week.

We joined Creature Comforts when Coco was 2 months old, he's now 16 months and thriving, he loves all the staff at CC, he likes the treats, the balls but most the people, he gets very excited on arrival. They have looked after him very well in everything he's needed so far. He loves them, we love them, so we are all happy.

They immediately make you feel at ease as soon as you enter. Every dog i have owned has hated going to our old vet practice, but my Toby loves going in to see the staff at Creature Comforts. They make a real fuss of him which makes him feel safe.

Honestly so far i only have great things to say. The concept of creature comforts is amazing and the team in Barnet are just exceptional. I would reccomend this practice in a heartbeat. It's so nice to go to a vets that make you feel so welcome, know your pet and who actually seem to care.

Great experience with Creature Comfort. I’ve been using them for my Italian Greyhound, Noah, and they’ve consistently been reliable, professional, and genuinely caring.

They take the time to explain everything clearly and you can tell they really care about the animals they treat. Noah is always relaxed with them, which says a lot.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive vet service.

I've switched to Creature Comforts a few months ago and the experience has been fantastic. The staff are really attentive, helpful and friendly. My dog recently had to have a tooth removed and Creature Comforts was great throughout the process. From making sure she was comfortable and had the best care, all the way to assisting with the insurance claim. Brilliant vet service!

We have recently signed up to Creature Comforts in Balham with our Burmese kitten and 11 year old working cocker Spaniel.
Our kitten has had vaccinations and a neutering operation at the clinic and we are so happy with the care he has received.
Our Spaniel’s recent visit was excellent. The vet took lots of time with her as she has become very nervous of going to the vets. The whole appointment took place on the floor to lesson her anxiety and it really worked. She wagged her tale for the first time at a vets!
We are very happy to have joined Creature Comforts. They are staffed with happy animal loving people who are patient, kind and expert at what they do.
Very good value for money too. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I’ve had 4 dogs in my life time and never experienced anything as amazing as these vets - unfortunately my dog has had quite a few issues this year including cruiate ligament surgery and we have been so grateful and impressed by all the care he has received from the Barnet team, they are our 4th emergency service and I cannot recommend Creature Comforts highly enough.
