We’ve had a good experience with Credify RCM. They’re responsive, explain things in plain language, and actually handle issues instead of letting them sit. Claims move faster, problems get fixed, and we’re not constantly chasing updates anymore.

They also provide clear reporting, which makes it easier to see what’s going on without having to dig or ask for it.

Overall, they have made billing a lot less stressful. Would recommend if you want something that just works.

My practice engaged Credify to manage credentialing and payer enrollment for our practice, and the results have been excellent. They handled CAQH setup, state Medicaid, and submissions to payers including HealthPartners, Optum, and several regional plans. The team provided clear document checklists, regular status updates, and proactive follow-up that kept everything moving smoothly.
