I had a pretty decent credit score when I began with Americor and of course over the last seven months it dropped down to below 500 which is the credit score that was used to offer me the loan. I was unaware that this would be happening I assumed that the loan would be given to me at a better interest rate based on what my credit score was in the beginning starting with Americor. So anyone who asked me about Americorps and credit nine I'll be sure to let them know not to get duped like I did.

No one returned my call to my initial issues with the loan as I feel credit 9 fees is extremely high. I was told different numbers and felt like I owed the same amount of debt I came in with. I signed the docusign in fear the work I had already put into getting out of debt would be waisted. They also switched my payment cycle and its been three months and still have paid one of my accounts off as promised and no call back from them neither.

The whole Process was made very easy for me. And I appreciated being able to also talk by Phone personally which helped me understand everything better, as it was explained to me.

Scam end up owing just as much as you would’ve if you stayed in debt and they absolutely destroy your credit score in the meantime

Americor/Credit9 has done everything they said they would do. I had questions about the loan, and they called and addressed all of my concerns. They seem to genuinely care about helping me rebuild my credit and not bankrupting me.

It was fast and straight to the point. Thanks for helping me pay off my outstanding debt and helping me understand the process. I do wish someone would’ve contacted me with final results and talked me through what was final and what to expect but end result was that it got done.

From the very beginning the process was explained upfront, directly, and honestly. The customer service is outstanding (so far). The only thing I have issue with are the fees, the interest rate I received, and charges per settlement payment made. But, overall the Credit9 service as a whole (from my experience) has been a very honest and positive. I do recommend them if you want a fresh start.
