I spoke with “Essy” who went over & beyond making me feel safe in helping me with my personal information & steps I needed to take to safeguard my accounts.

Great Customer service and representation.

The process is a bit pushy and gives one no time to contemplate or review the information provided. I ultimately would not agree to anything in the first call and was initially told they could not “hold” my offer but after I terminated the call after several efforts to negotiate I received a text and email letting me know to reach out when I was “ready” to proceed. I can not speak with the quality of the work they say they can do and only my initial communications.

After discussing this with my adult daughter and considering options, I did text back and let them know. I was happy to proceed. I received a call and although I was in the middle of something was told that they couldn’t hold it open and they wanted my credit card right then in there and that they weren’t able to get off the phone and again I said I will not agree to pay anything until I review a contract. I was told that they would not charge my card until I reviewed the contract which they were emailing and texting Me. It is more like dealing with car salesman. These initial contacts. I hope they can produce the work they say they do in the results. They say they do because initially I have a very bad taste of my mouth about the company.

They are known to be a fraud

Well first of all, I had no idea that I had to speak to somebody about all the credit.You need basically, I had to let them know that I have.I was in the debt relief program.I didn't want to claim bankruptcy and I was paying during covid.I was paying the minimum.I got sick and I couldn't work.So I went into the program and no one had told any other creditors' credit units that I was paying them off, which I made two years, and I already paid fifteen thousand off and nobody knew about it.And my credit score stayed the same 42 years.I couldn't even geta loan on the house I own because of my credit, nobody contacted the credit bureau that I'm almost done paying them off. I can't wait till they start going up again

Well, Ms. Katherine was absolutely wonderful! She was so patient w/me & my many questions which she answered in detail and made sure I understood what she was saying. She took the time to look up my whole history an explained potential issues which were hindering my credit report. She corrected an updated my information as well as taught me some crucial dynamics of the 3Credit Bureaus and creditors. She explained what I needed to do to clear up my negative remarks an inquiries an explained how both damage your credit. She is a Huge Credit to that industry, kind, patient, an listens to an answer,s all questions & concerns. Ms. Katherine also talked me thru the documents i needed to move forward in clearing up my credit an what, an when to expect movement on there part. She left no stone unturned, so much that I asked her for her direct line, so ill definately be requesting her personally when I have questions. She is truly one of a kind, her experience & knowledge of her business is top notch, she cares an really wants to help her callers, even when some who call have no control of themselves an what comes out there mouths. She,s always in Control, God Bless her. I hope the company appreciates her as much as I do! The customer service rep Eavar was so accommodating and understanding and patient. He even called me back after we got disconnected. Which to me was a blessing in disguise. He needs a promotion that's my thought.
