The process is a bit pushy and gives one no time to contemplate or review the information provided. I ultimately would not agree to anything in the first call and was initially told they could not âholdâ my offer but after I terminated the call after several efforts to negotiate I received a text and email letting me know to reach out when I was âreadyâ to proceed. I can not speak with the quality of the work they say they can do and only my initial communications.
After discussing this with my adult daughter and considering options, I did text back and let them know. I was happy to proceed. I received a call and although I was in the middle of something was told that they couldnât hold it open and they wanted my credit card right then in there and that they werenât able to get off the phone and again I said I will not agree to pay anything until I review a contract. I was told that they would not charge my card until I reviewed the contract which they were emailing and texting Me. It is more like dealing with car salesman. These initial contacts. I hope they can produce the work they say they do in the results. They say they do because initially I have a very bad taste of my mouth about the company.
How people could ruin your credit eslpecially the creditors that out to get you, they do bad things to make your credit spot, go down.Lower, i've been in the national debt relief program for 2 years
Well first of all, I had no idea that I had to speak to somebody about all the credit.You need basically, I had to let them know that I have.I was in the debt relief program.I didn't want to claim bankruptcy and I was paying during covid.I was paying the minimum.I got sick and I couldn't work.So I went into the program and no one had told any other creditors' credit units that I was paying them off, which I made two years, and I already paid fifteen thousand off and nobody knew about it.And my credit score stayed the same 42 years.I couldn't even geta loan on the house I own because of my credit, nobody contacted the credit bureau that I'm almost done paying them off. I can't wait till they start going up again
