Excellent customer service From Ashwan, the closure department

I would like to thank Ashwan from the Closure Department for his excellent customer service. He was professional, polite, and very helpful throughout our communication. He took the time to answer all of my questions clearly, kept me updated, and made sure I understood each stage of the IVA closure process. I especially appreciated his prompt replies and the time he took to assist me whenever I had a question. His support made the whole experience much easier and gave me confidence throughout the process. Thank you again, Ashwan, for your outstanding service and dedication. Customer service is always on top with these people.

Excellent support

I recently spoke with Trevor and although my request was a bit unusual, he couldn’t have been more helpful.

I’m in the process of buying my dream home a few years after completing my IVA, and I needed some documentation. Trevor was friendly, understanding and sorted everything out quickly. The customer service was excellent and he made what could have been a stressful situation feel really easy.

I’m just waiting for another letter from a different team member now, but so far the service has been fantastic. Hopefully I’ll be back very soon to leave another positive review once I’m holding the keys to my dream home! 🀞🏡

I have had no issues with this company. They handled everything for me in a very professional manner. Customer service is really good, I spoke with Sandhya Nowbuth and she was extremely helpful and friendly. She dealt with my questions and sent me all of the information I requested.
