Absolute cowboy scam outfit both fca and fsca need to get these people closed down and arrested for miss use of gdpr laws. Piere has no financial background even there so called award in 2013 is fake.

This company works with Hertz, among others, for car rental. They send you a letter demanding payment of money, interest, and fees, even though I've never had an unpaid bill with Hertz in Spain or Ireland! I asked if they could show me an unpaid bill, and I'm still waiting for it, along with my Mastercard credit card.
I ordered them to stop harassing me without having an unpaid bill to show me, and above all, to delete my personal data immediately.
I sent them the letter I had sent to Hertz prohibiting them from sharing my personal data, citing the Personal Data Protection Act, as well as the letter requesting an invoice that complies with the Tax Act to pay a debt, if applicable!
They stopped their harassment immediately because Hertz never sent them an unpaid bill from me. Just one word: incompetence and non-compliance with the Regulations on the Protection of Personal Data, to be avoided.

Absolute scammers.
We had a hire car with Hertz in Iceland over Xmas.Someone Damaged a door while we left the car in a car park.For sone reason Hertz contacted these muppets instead of taking monies of credit card they had on file.
We paid these clowns their fee of £35 + vat and transferred the sum they told us to cover the invoice…
The invoice we had to cover the repair of door and lost days rental was 173011 Icelandic Krona…
We sent the sum asked for them were given a receipt for 178671 Icelandic Krona.
A difference of 5670 Icelandic Krona.
Not sure if it’s for their Christmas party, however refuse to pay us pay the overpayment….
Absolutely incompetent bunch of scamming muppets.
If your a company trying to reclaim a debt…. Stay well clear, they will totally ruin your reputation…,.unethical as …..!
Rest assured we will be looking for the refund via small claims court and reporting the whole thing to the Financial conduct Authority..

They sent letters to addresses, that I've never lived, further breaching my personal data protection. We are investigating, if it was the occupant of the house who used my personal info from CLI letters to attempt to obtain a loan on my behalf or if it was CLI itself. I think, its high time, the UK government put them under the radar.

Scammers they tried to scam me with multiple of letter that I own a debt from foreign country but they don’t have any evidence to prove it suckers. When you receive letters from them just ignore them please.

This company buys barred statute loans then adds interest and cost on to them . Then accuses people, by sending letters to people with similar names that they owe money when they don't. This is a cowboy outfit operating out of a dissuesd unit in Faversham Kent. They threaten doorstep collection. But these collectors have no legal powers. Don't be fooled or scared by there tactics. Just send them a cease and disist letter. They then have to prove you are the person the original loan adheres too. They are noted for buying foriegn loans then accuse you of the owner of such loans too. This is third party theft. They have no legal rights. Also if you really do own the loan they have to prove that. But you have right to only do business with original lender etc. Then deal direct with original lender. Is the way forward. It also annoys this Credit Limits team.Who are just low down scavangers.!
