I've had no issue until the last 6 months they have been continuing to receive my payment without services. While looking at my report, it had not been report for the last six months. When I submitted an issue to Credit Karma about the non existence reporting, they have removed me and my score dropped 8 points because of it. I tried several times to contact Creditmyrent and no one responsed to my emails. Now when I try their website their is no connection with the server non existent.

Horrible experience, lies and can't get anyone to reply. All it helped was Transunion and I paid for 2 years back but it doesn't let me add my bank for Equifax

Was involved in a legal issue/scam with UCES and has gone ghost. Never responds to emails or messages. Live chat never available. Gives you no way to cancel your membership. Surely took my 150.00 to sign me up though.

Solamente para decirles que no se qué pasó con mi servicio que no me cobraron el mes de junio ni julio y yo quería seguir con su servicio a ver si tenía que darles otra tarjeta o que… y saben que ? Ni por un segundo me contactaron ni me he podido comunicar si pudiera dar 0 estrellas se las daría !!!!

In my process of improving my credit, I found the great idea of increasing it with something that could never be lacking in my finances: "pay my rent". Credit my rent was a quick and fair score line.
My credit score increased instantly. A few months later I bought my first home , it works great. Get started NOW!!!!!

It been little over an year since I joined credit my rent after joining the program my credit score went up I just made purchase on my new home thanks to credit my rent I'm living in my dream house I give you 5 stars for a job well done

Ms. Michelle was great and she never stop no matter how tings got in the way to block tings from happening. Working with Ms. Michelle she was amazing. She made a way to break through the barriers my rental management try to put up. We as a team we both knock it out the way and made it happen. Ms. Michelle made that happen 🎊🎊🎉🎉🎈🎈🎈💃💃💃. Other than that this review is for others to save their money.

Everyone’s credit score is different but, I recommend only starting off with the minimum rental history reported. I went big and purchased the 2year past reporting and monthly subscription but it did absolutely nothing.

Save your money. Use it towards a secured credit card instead. At least then you will have something useful.

Great customer service and great program overall. My rent was credited every month.
