I paid this company for a solid year. They just kept saying it takes time. My score never increased and actually decreased. After I canceled they tried to charged my card double the payment
It took a fight to get the money returned. I did better disputing on my own. This company makes claims that they don't back up with results.

Credit pros has been efficient in executing their services! I nw have a higher score with their help in deleting certain items that makes my credit score plummet

I recently enrolled with The Credit Pros and had a very positive experience during the sign-up process. The representative who assisted me was extremely patient and took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. He made sure I understood how the program works, what to expect, and answered all of my questions without rushing me.

Joe from the Credit Pros was amazing! He was very informative and very helpful to get me started!

I would first say the tone of my service was important. Someone who took time for me to tell my reason of contact.
I am a victim of identity theft for over 5 yrs and nothing seemed be done to stop this at point of contact with others.
Being new to opening up about all this made me test myself and trust these people with confidentiality.
At this point I feel time will be the real proof of this much needed service.
Representative took lots of information and asked many questions which I might or might not have had answers to.
Then it was my turn to ask questions. Yes they answered but because I am so cautious now I skeptical of what they promised to be done. Be it known time will tell.
At this point for at least a month I will be checking in and following up.
So far good.

Rogeliol was very helpful, and did the best he could to explain how he could help me fix my credit, so that I could get a better loan interest rate, and he gave me options to choose from....he was very knowledgeable and made me feel like he really wanted to help me with my goal of purchasing a newer vehicle...so thank you Rogeliol.

We spoke with Michael Mayhams about credit help in improve my score, and to help me be able to get approved for a home loan. He was very helpful and easy to understand everything. He made me and my fiancee feel like we were getting the best help and made us feel like he wants us to get approved for a new home. Highly recommend!
