I got scammed by a company that imitated Nano Banana Pro, using Creem. I think it's the responsibility by that company to not allow scammers to transact with them and check their services beforehand.

just integrated Creem.io for my app playersagent.pro and the installation flow was surprisingly smooth. Everything was straightforward to set up, and as a developer based in Tbilisi, Georgia, I was pleased to find the platform works seamlessly without any regional friction. So far everything is running great: highly recommend for developers looking for a clean payment solution.

We've been a merchant under creem.io for 11 months and they've processed over $150k without any issues at all.

I've also noticed many improvements to their website, both in terms of functionality and user experience. Their support team is very helpful and responsive.

Creem is tied up with hackers.

I recently had a very disappointing experience using this AI image generation service, which appears to be connected with NanoBananaAI.

After making payment, I did not receive the service I expected. The platform failed to generate images as advertised, and I was left without usable output despite being charged. There was no clear resolution process, and communication and support were either lacking or unhelpful.

The marketing and promises did not match my actual experience. Based on what happened, I cannot recommend this service. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

This company has been charging me for Nano Banana credits and not giving them to me.. impossible to cancel direct debits, had to do it though my bank.. complete scam operation! Avoid avoid AVOID!!!!!

Had a bad experience with Creem (creem.io). In my opinion they work with shady / low‑quality merchants and the whole setup felt unsafe. Their dashboard looks weird and childish, which doesn’t inspire confidence for a payments/finance tool. Based on my experience I wouldn’t trust them with serious business or payments and I don’t recommend using this platform.

Really impressed with how quick the support team responded. Fast response, clear answers, and no hassle, just straight to the solution. The platform itself is also easy to understand, and initial setup only took a few minutes. Smooth experience overall.

Nano banana deny i pay them but cream_io have taken money. Not once but twice and I get nothing in return. This company just takes money with no intention of giving you the service your paying for. I certainly won't be using them or any company using them in future. And j7st so anyone from cream_io pops up with the usual denial. Ive reached out to what you laughably call customer service all this week but to no response.

Creem has some bad actors as part of it's merchant list; these are fake websites that steal legitimate products (ie Google), and then either overcharge exponentially for the service, or don't give you any credit at all. Clean up your vendors Creem!

I'm glad Creem doesn't do business with Russian SaaS companies, but maybe they need to take a hard look at the Indian ones they are involved with. There are dozens of counterfeit sites they process payments for; domain squatters who trick people into signing up for a service they never receive, or the site gets shut down right after Creem processes your payment. There is no way that Creem is "ignorant" or "unaware" of this. Be very suspicious of any website that uses Creem as it's payment handler.

I will never be able to try the services of this organization because, based on some of their checks, they decided that I am a Russian citizen and therefore they refuse to serve me.

I have not lived in Russia for a very long time, I have a residence permit from another country, and my business is registered in another country. I told them about this, and they replied that they were very sorry but there was nothing they could do.

I am also very sorry that they have not read the laws and discriminate against people based on their nationality. I was choosing between several payment processors, I excluded this one and advise everyone not to get involved with them. They do not have a professional approach.
