Once I entered the showroom I was looked after. The personal service & attention to detail was top rate

From choosing the fittings to planning the project through to the installation it was a very good journey. The end result was perfect.

Terrible company.No after sales service .Will not answer phone.Loads of problems with plumbing after installation.

when I first stepped into Cremur shop the staff were so kind and helpful to me Cremur came the date they said to do my bathroom the insulation workers were lovely and very neatly doing there job from that day to today my bathroom looks fresh and new 10/10 for Cremur

I had an amazing experience with Cremur. I found them to be very accommodating especially to a last minute I change during the installation.

During the job: I changed my mind on a the finish. I was mindful it was close to Christmas and didn’t think the work would get finished before Christmas as a a result.

To ensure my job was finished before Christmas Cremur called on a Saturday and stayed late during the evenings. Thanks so much to the two Alans and to John.

We just got 2 pellet stoves, cladding, they built out the breast slightly for one of our stoves with a stud wall. From the get go from Nessan calling out to get all the measurements they needed and giving us a mental picture of how it would look after the job was completed to how it turned out we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The lads that came and done our work were great too from the beginning to the end our home was always left clean and tidy after and every days work was completed everything was covered to avoid it being covered in dust. The quality of the work is absolutely outstanding they truly have transformed our home.

The biggest let-down with Cremur Bathrooms was also the easiest thing to fix: communication.

Once the first installment was paid, there was no proactive contact. As a customer, paying a significant lump sum and then being left in silence for weeks is frustrating and unsettling. Even a short update or timeline would have made a huge difference. Things happen, customers understand once open lines of communication are put in place.

That said, I can’t fault the quality of the product itself. Everything delivered looks excellent, well-made. There were a few issues during the application of product and at the end of the project but all was resolved (as I can only presume because a balance was owed).

The team at Cremur really need a reality check on the expectations customers have from start to finish. Better communication would have kept me at bay from writing this review, but I feel it is such a fundamental part of any business, which costs nothing, that it needs to be noted publicly.

We purchased a Klover Diva 3000 pellet stove with back boiler, a small wood burning stove and we also had a feature wall fitted with an electric fire. Cremur also zoned our central heating. From start to finish we experienced exemplary customer care. From the planning stages to installation everything was carried out to a high standard. Cremur are a different league. Their expertise and professionalism is second to none. If you want a job done to perfection go to Cremur.

We bought a stove and fireplace from cremur in Tralee and had a good shop experience. Waited our expected leadtime for fitting and the fitters turned up on the day at exactly the right time, went about their job and were excellent. Unfortunately the fireplace had a finishing fault and meant they couldn't install it. They left with apologies and regret with a promise we would be rang the next day at the latest to explain the next steps but we had a working stove, unfortunately we can't use it until the fireplace is fitted though as the heat is too much for the TV mounted above it. No call from anyone in store the next day and the only time I could talk to someone was after constant attempts by me. Cremur recieved the new fireplace part the following week and promised fitting that week. Nothing. Not even a phone call to apologise for not showing up. Received a call the following Monday booking the work for Wednesday, no-one showed up, no phone call. Now 10:30am the next day (Thursday) and still no phone call to explain or apologise. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. They took my deposit (75%) and did some of the job and now I'm treated like filth. Dread to think how poor the aftercare they must provide is. Never so disgusted by how a company can treat its customers.
UPDATE:
After posting the above review I rang again at 4pm same day and was promised a callback, at 5pm we were called and told they'd be fitting it the next morning. Sure enough they arrived early and went about their work, the fireplace was finally fitted, to be fair the job was done beautifully and the fitters are very professional.
This company are known for quality products, sold us a beautiful stove and fireplace, ensured we had properly finished parts and rejected an imperfection, and the fitters were fantastic. Unfortunately the company seems to be let down in its simple customer service, as an extra body that could give us updates or courtesy calls to explain there were no updates yet would have gone a long way and I would have happily given 5 stars and return custom.

We had a solid fuel stove installed by Cremur and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The team were professional, punctual, and knew what they were doing. They explained the best stove options, handled all the measurements, and made sure everything would meet safety and ventilation requirements.

On installation day, they arrived on time, protected all the floors, and worked cleanly throughout. The flue was fitted perfectly and the surround and fireplace was finished to a really high standard.
We were replacing an older stove that could not be controlled properly on windy days and the difference the new stove makes is unbelievable, the heat output is fantastic and the fireplace looks great.
I’d happily recommend Cremur to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality stove installation. Great workmanship and excellent service from start to finish!

Nessan carried out a very comprehensive survey of our home and planned our new heating system meticulously. He was very helpful and answered all our questions fully.

Just returned from cremur Newcastle west where we had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Mr. PJ O Sullivan. Very attentive to our wishes and gave us great advice regards products matching and so on. Brilliant customer service, we'll be sure to do business again
