I was trying to find top tech talent and came across big names like Toptal, Turing but when I actually went to try them, they were expensive and way out of my budget.

Later when I started looking for alternatives, I found Crewscale. Didn't know how it would be, but decided to give it a try anyway. The onboarding was smooth and dedicated account managers make it super easy to get what you need.

The quality of talent is very high and they come with 2 levels of pre-screening so the decision making process becomes quick. I recommend Crewscale!

Developers were very professional and the team at Crewscale did a neat job of onboarding them quickly.

At first it looks complicated to fill the all required information and pass their tests. I was really puzzled why the link to test for the skill (Python) I chosen it was expired. I could not get any help via chat in account and decided reject my profile. I left my review here and shortly they contacted me with detailed clarification and suggested pass test and help. Currently I have already no time for this but perhaps will be back. So that I corrected up my score here for now.

They were patient and cooperative from the beginning in attending to our requirements.

We got good quality developers as per our needs. In fact, some techies we found via Crewscale are excellent at their job.

Special mention to their account management team who are very quick to address the concerns to make sure things are on track and the whole experience is smooth.

Crewscale is solving a very prominent problem in the tech hiring industry. The pace at which they operate and quality of their developers is good.

Lack of gender diversity might be visible but nonetheless it's a good experience working with their motivated team who put customers first.

We had a great customer support experience with Crewscale. One of their India developers was assigned to us and we spoke throughout the time it took for my project to be completed. They made sure to stay on top of our project at all times - ensuring there were no major bugs or inconsistencies in one of our applications they needed to fix nearly instantly even if it meant working over the weekend or late into the night to make updates, clarify details, and respond when we couldn't immediately offer feedback.

The team at Crewscale is quick to understand the requirements and provide top developers within 2-3 days. This helped us to speed up our hiring process & onboarding of developer to get started with product development.

I think it's good place to hire developers when you think Toptal is damn expensive.
