prima di tutto ti ringraziamo per la tua recensione.
È vero, durante la tua prenotazione c’è stato un problema operativo con uno dei nostri partner. In alta stagione può purtroppo capitare che un veicolo assegnato abbia un imprevisto tecnico. Per questo motivo l’auto non è stata consegnata nel giorno previsto, ma il giorno successivo. Inoltre, essendo la consegna avvenuta a Saranda anziché nel punto di ritiro iniziale di Tirana, è stato applicato un costo di consegna, come previsto dalle condizioni.
Per quanto riguarda la cauzione, desideriamo chiarire che l’importo concordato è stato regolarmente rimborsato e abbiamo anche inviato la relativa prova del rimborso. Ci dispiace se inizialmente c’è stato un malinteso su questo punto.
Siamo sinceramente dispiaciuti per il disagio causato dal ritardo nella consegna: non è lo standard di servizio che vogliamo offrire ai nostri clienti. Allo stesso tempo, teniamo a precisare che tutte le somme dovute sono state correttamente restituite.
Rimaniamo a disposizione per qualsiasi ulteriore chiarimento e speriamo di poterti offrire in futuro un’esperienza pienamente positiva.

It was my first time in Albania and i needed to rent a car in Tirana Airport. Found this website and i rented a Mercedes Benz for my vacations. Everything was great, paid via debit card, no credit card needed. Will be using again this website. 10/10

All i can say is that it was super easy for me to book a car from this website, for my 7 day trip in Albania. Smooth experience with the car rental process and loved my time in Albania. Will be visiting again Albania soon and of course i will now rent only from Cria.

Booked a car at Cria.al directly as soon as i landed in Tirana, the guys were quick to help me and guide me throughout the process of taking and returning the car because it was my first time.
Overall a easy experience and also a beautiful country too, will come back again next year with my family :)
