Crib Goch Outdoor is an independent outdoor clothing and equipment shop found in LLanberis and Beddgelert, in the heart of Snowdonia. Established in 2002 by Dylan Jones, a keen hiker who you'll find working at the Llanberis store, the original and largest of the two outdoor shops. 10 years on Dylan was later joined by his best friend from school and current business partner Pete Thomas, who you will find in their new outdoor shop in the picturesque Beddgelert. Crib Goch Outdoor provides the best outdoor clothing, equipment and accessories for hiking, walking, running, camping and bushcraft, we stock everything you and your dog need to enjoy an adventure in the outdoors. We stock a range of technical equipment from the world's best brands alongside a range of lifestyle clothing for your ‘rest days’. We’re more than just a shop. Our staff are an experienced and eclectic bunch of outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy the outdoors in a variety of different ways - most are local Welsh speakers whilst some have been drawn to the beauty of Wales and never left! We only sell kit that is fit for purpose and everybody’s adventure is unique, so do talk to us - in the live chat, over the phone or in store - and we will take the time to help you find the right kit that’s the right fit. Try speaking Welsh when you come in - “Syt wyt ti?” - “Iawn Diolch.” As you’re leaving - “Diolch yn fawr”, or a favourite… “Cadwa’r newid.” ;)

Crib Goch have excelled themselves

Crib Goch have excelled themselves. After sales briiliant! A paramo velez delivered just didn't suit me - return made swift and easy. Good advice from them made me try an Altai eventually which is a perfect fit. A flaw in the jacket was dealt with very swiftly and efficiently with an exchange for another and at no cost to me. Staff are at all times courteous, respectful and most of all, listen with care and respond appropriately. Many thanks to sll of you.

Easy ordering from a great website.
Very quick (free) delivery, contact at every point along the way. Discount earned off future purchases, what's not to like?
Wish some other online firms would follow this example!

Good price and Service

Good price, great service. The walking shoes are a Christmas gift to replace multiple year old shoes of the same brand and model. If they are as good as the original previous pair everyone will be very happy.

Very responsive company

Easy to use website with a quick postal and delivery service. I bought the Keela Pinnacle Jacket but I am unable to rate this as it is a Christmas present for my son.
