This course will prepare you to save your life or someone else's

This was a very informative course with great material, images, insight and first hand knowledge. I would highly recommend this to anyone in an LE field or anyone who desires more emergency knowledge that will save your life. Great course !! Love the road rage video.

Best TCCC online course ever taken

over the course of 20 years in LE and early years in the Marine Corps I have taken several combat lifesaver courses and TECC/TCCC. This by far was the best, most informative, easy to follow along, instructional online TCCC/TECC course I have ever taken. it was very well structured , the instructor is extremely knowledgeable and brought humor to the course. It was AAA+

Encyclopedic Knowledge

You cant rush the online course to grab a certificate. No, the instructor is going to walk you through some of the history behind Tactical Casualty Care, the statistics, and how soldiers or civilians get injured. Its a great base of knowledge, more so than other TECC courses. Its absolutely engaging.

I spent a long time on my course and had to rewatch parts for the updated content, and I can't complain at all. Quite a brilliant experience. Wish I could go in person.

Crisis Medicine provides the very best, up-to-date, online instruction on tactical medicine in the industry. Dr Mike Shertz, the instructor of these courses, is a board-certified Emergency Physician, who hails from the U. S. Army Special Forces (Airborne) having worked as a Special Forces Medical Sergeant (18D) for over ten years. The U. S. Army Special Forces is well known for producing the finest, most knowledgeable, high caliber instructors on the planet and Dr Shertz is clearly a representative of that fine tradition as Dr Shertz presents his intellectual prowess and passion for excellence throughout all of the Crisis Medicine courses.
