I ordered a fitted sheet and a big duvet and I absolutely love them! Amazing quality, cute packaging and uhhh the fabric just feels so good. I will order again. Thank you for doing such an amazing job and creating a beautiful brand 🤲🏼

The sheets are amazing and totally upgrade our sleeping experience. Are you going to make the Waffle texture in more colours? Its really superb!

Overall great experience. Menu buttons could have been designed a bit larger; and a visible icon for the account (top right corner, for instance). When it comes to the product range, it's rich and sufficient. However, for the duvet cover set (140x220cm) I'd wish that they included two pillow cover not just one.

Qualität der Waren stimmt für mich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice ist jedoch zäh. Ich hatte folgendes Problem: Neuerdings sind die Bezüge mit Stehsaum versehen (hätte es für mich jetzt nicht gebraucht). Dies geht aber aus den Bildern im ersten Moment nicht hervor. Auf einigen Produktbildern erkennt man es erst bei genauerer Betrachtung, auf anderen ist es schlicht nicht abgebildet. An sich könnte ich damit leben, allerdings bekam ich die Kopfkissen mit und den Bettbezug ohne, was für mich nicht stimmig ist. Ich habe dies kommuniziert und nach einer Lösung gebeten. Gerne hätte ich das alte Design ohne Stehsaum genommen, aber ich bekomme keine Antwort!!!!

I loved the flat sheet I wish there was option for a top sheet and the pink duet cover to have that colored sheets. Also the king size duet cover is soooo small but maybe I got the wrong size but it's super small it's like a queen but also I wish the website had names on the pillow cases instead of just numbers which I probably am just dumb but I was looking for king size and searching Google I wish it just said standard pillow case, sham, king size ect.

Order got delivered very quick and the quality of the sheets is really good! Super happy!

I place my order of 4 items and hear nothing for a while. A whole week after the initial order I get an email stating that one of the products was actually out of stock, and asking whether I would like a replacement product. I reply yes and send along the details of what products I would like as replacement. I still haven't heard back from them 5 days later, and there is a risk that the replacement products will also go out of stock.

I'm not able to cancel my order myself, and there is no phone number to call. I would expect a company who reaches out about their own mistake to try and correct it faster. Still waiting for a resolution but so far it has been unnecessarily lengthy and frustrating.

They've also already taken the *full* amount for the order from my bank account, even though part of the order wasn't even in stock. Nothing has been shipped out either.

UPDATE: 20 minutes after this review went public, I got a reply from customer service and the order was finalized. Shouldn't have to write a public review to get things moving, but in this case it helped. Only minus here was that we didn't get a confirmation email with shipment tracking. Luckily the Postnord app automatically found the package, so we were able to follow it. The sheets have arrived and seem to be of decent quality with the expected colour. Changing my review from 1 to 3 stars.

Altijd tevreden geweest van dit merk, totdat ik herhaaldelijk moest vragen achter mijn online cadeaubon van 100 euro die ik besteld had… Je zou verwachten dat een online cadeaubon automatisch verstuurd wordt via mail? De nieuwsbrief kreeg ik ongewenst wel direct na aankoop in mijn mailbox, maar duidelijkheid van wanneer ik de bon kon verwachten was er niet. Het was niet dat ik geen geduld had want ik heb een dag gewacht op een reactie op mijn e-mail met de vraag wanneer ik de bon kon verwachten. Wat alleen hielp was kwaad reageren op een recent gepost bericht op hun instagram profiel, omdat ik het wel écht beu was. (Het telefoonnummer dat op hun factuur staat was ook niet in gebruik?!) Die comment is natuurlijk nadien verdwenen. Jammer, want het beddengoed is van goede kwaliteit maar de klantenservice niet. Ik bestel hier dus niet meer opnieuw!

I did extensive research before buying this duvet cover, I'm on the edge of autism for textures and I promise this is absolutely above expectations. I was worried I would pay more for branding than product but the waffle texture is amazing, super light and soft, and a niche surprise is the surface gets cold fast which I looove. Only improvement I would suggest is to add the little attaches in the corner to make it easier to install after a wash.
