De website is makkelijk te navigeren, de producten zijn prachtig en zien er na jaren van intensief gebruik nog steeds prachtig uit. Verder snelle verzending en goed verpakt.

Mooie overtreksets en over het algemeen goede kwaliteit.
Altijd mooi verpakt. Altijd leuk om uit te pakken en dat het mooi op bed staat.
Helaas laatste bestelling kleur verschil in de onderlakens. En inderdaad een rare geur.
Ik heb ze gehouden maar met een lichte teleurstelling. Ook de kleuren wijken af ten opzichte van de foto's.
verder vind ik net zoals meerdere reviews aangeven een beetje jammer dat er zoveel verzendkosten wordt gevraagd. Als het aanbieding is snap ik het wel.

Tencel Flower overtrek besteld

Tencel Flower overtrek besteld. Prachtige kwaliteit alleen de kleuren op de afbeeldingen in de webshop komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. De ondergrond op de afbeeldingen lijkt op de foto's veel lichter dan dat dat in werkelijkheid is. Ondanks dat toch zeer tevreden over Crisp Sheets.

Great bedsheets too bad about the track and trace

This is my second order of bedsheets and am generally happy with the quality. I am annoyed about the shipping update / track and trace lacking. Considering I am still paying shipping for an order over €100,-
And there is no customer service phone number to dial into. Bed sheets are great though! Hoping the ones I have ordered now will be of the same quality and finishing.

Everything was amazing: quality of the products, delivery, packaging (no plastic and a lot of attention to detail),
 Just amazing branding overall! It was my first time buying but definitely not the last!
