Terrible horrible horrendous experience. My order date was September 15th.. it is now currently January 14th. And NOTHING HAS ARRIVED. I’ve sat here emailing, calling usps and nothing. Package says “ delayed “ and crispy is basically saying once it’s outta our hands it’s on the customer…? What kinda of shady buisness is this? That means you can buy 200 dollars worth of items and then be given a singular pair of socks because “ it’s outta there hands “ has to be the worst experience I’ve ever saw and thank god I got my money back on this. Thankfully I’ve also realized the site is a total scam and should definitely look at reviews before shopping🤦🏽♂️that’s on my though and future buyers be aware!!!! THE SITE IS NOT REAL AND ITS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!
EDIT: I have sent multiple messages to the support team and they have yet to reply back, I got one message and then all of sudden all communication went away. So no, I did not receive my package as the company stated. My package literally says “ delayed “ and usps confirmed no package was delivered to my address. I made a claim through them and it was stated to take it up with the company. This company does not care about their customers and continues to ignore there customers that sit here and willingly purchase there products. “ Andy V “ is someone who reached on through my email but nothing else since he messaged me. It’d be nice if someone would actually clear the air instead of just going back and forth but here we are.

Scammers
Just like everyone else, I purchased shorts and a hoodie December 12th. Not a single update or tracking info, never got an email when I asked for tracking….they are 100% a scam, do not purchase anything from them. When you post a review you will get a cookie cutter response just like everyone else! Scam scam scam

I placed an order for Christmas 22 days ago. I have reached out to the company through email and social media several times with no response to where my order is or when I can expect it. My next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau.

Ordered September 21, 2025. It's almost December. Several emails and the same story. The crazy part is... they had the audacity to have a black friday sale with same day shipping, lol. Pissed me off because I still haven't received anything. They sent a shipping number to my email that basically showed they were preparing my shipment. That was October 18 to let me know USPS were awaiting the item.
They don't do refunds but can't even provide adequate service with timeliness on delivery. Something gotta give. Shorts are fire... but overall it's not worth it. Walmart go crazy, I'll be going there.

I never Received my items. I ordered 4 shorts for my son and they didn’t send anything. They will steal your money. Please stop robbing people. The economy is already horrible. Please send me my items or a refund.

🚩🚩🚩 Do not order from this company. The whole website should be flagged for fraudulent business practice. I placed an order on August 7th. Several emails and 2 months later I still dont have the 2 pairs of shorts I've ordered. I mean..its 2 paris of shorts!
I wish I had looked this company up before I ordered anything from them because it would've saved me from wasting my time emailing and my $100!
I've ordered from Fashion Nova, Shein and Manly and had much better overall experiences! The constant updates were a definite bonus as well as the quality of clothing! I'll save my time and money by ordering through them from now on.
Again...do not order anything from this company!

Terrible company
Terrible company. Please save your money these guys are scam artists or something. Literally bought 3 pairs of shorts from their deal they had on their site. It's literally been 4 months since my order. They took my money and I have a shipping notification that they created a label but still no shorts. I've reached out multiple times and they keep telling me to wait and be patient. It makes me so mad that they have over 100k of followers on Instagram and seem to be bragging about how business is going so well. Please please do not support this shady ass company there is no reason any product should takes months to send out. I've ordered shit from China that's gotten here faster.

Worse company to buy from scam
The worse Customer service, they don't keep their word on their own time lines and product delivery. Reached out multiple times and all they say we are working on it. Its being 7 weeks and still havent received my order i could get stuff from china faster . I know they get charge backs for their lack of communication and delivery. Would not recommend buying from this company. Speaking with my bank to claim fraud at this point,request a refund after waiting o 5 weeks for something and no communication from the vendor. Horrible Service, delay tactics
I ordered 4 pair of shorts on June 14. It is now September 18th and I have not received the order. Every time I email them, I get a form response saying that they are working on it, please be patient. I am now going to investigate next steps with the office of the Attorney General. I don't like being deceived or ripped off. I will expose whatever these guys are doing

Never had so much difficultly with a company. I purchased 4 shorts , that took over 2 months to ship. Everytime I reached out to them they would tell me the same thing not to worry and they would come soon. But could never give me an actual answer, They are horrible. The only reason that they are getting 2 stars is because the shorts were cute.

The worst ever. Ordered in June then never received it reached out no communication PayPal had to reach out and they contact me immediately after in July they told me that shipment will be shortly.-5⭐
The way your company can improve is if you can charge people after you ship product You can't just have people waiting 3 months until you guys feel like making the shorts. -5 stars. Communication is trash You send a bogus tracking number. Will never purchase again and will keep sending negative reviews because you guys are the worst ever. -5 stars please don't purchase from them unless you want to wait 3 months. The whole summer came and went I think they were planning on sending it on Christmas 👎🏾 I asked for my money back and they had their nerve to tell me that old sales are final. But just got my money back through PayPal I was waiting for a month for a response no answer. One stop reached out to PayPal they reached out to me in about 30 seconds these guys are trash don't do it.

From Quality to Customer Service—Top Notch
I can’t say enough about these shorts! I grabbed three NYY ones and man… these are straight fire. The quality, the design, and the overall feel are on point. Shipping takes a little while, but they are super transparent and upfront about it on their site (can be up to 4 weeks). I hit them up about my order, and Chris (the owner!) personally messaged me and got it handled the very next day. Can’t speak highly enough about this company—the customer service, the communication, and the product quality are all top-tier. It was my first time ordering and I’m already working on my 2nd order. 100% recommend!

Company is horrible. Still haven’t received my shorts after purchasing in April. Sent a bogus delivery status saying it was delivered didn’t have my information on it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THERE ARE PLENTY OF SHORT COMPANIES THAT DO BUSINESS THE RIGHT WAY. I WILL POST ONCE A DAY UNTIL I GET MY PRODUCT OR MY REFUND

This is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with.. I ordered shorts for my son on June 4th 2025 on the site it said it could take a week to receive and here we are over 2 months later and nothing. There is no way these people should be allowed to be is business its a total scam.. I believe they take your money and order products directly from china that's the only way I could see it taking this long.. WHAT THERE DOING IS ILLEGAL and its not right to treat people like this ..
