This was a great shopping experience. Lovely item and beautifully wrapped and posted quickly to me.

They welcomed me and I asked for help choosing some clothes. They went out of their way to help me and advise. It made me feel quite comfortable. They were professional I felt. I was under no pressure to buy, it was up to me. I did buy and am very happy with my purchase.
