Do not trust this company. I did not receive a product and they refuse to do anything. Provided a constant run around and blamed the delivery system and said it isn't their fault, which may be, but most companies offer some kind of reconcilation. Oh and customs is in Italy but seems customer service is in China.

Similar to another review, I ordered a dress and top which cost £50. The description and photos showed a midi dress with a loose fitting top. What arrived was a dress which was well above my knee and I am only 5.6" and a very fitted top. I usually wear a size 10 and ordered a 12/14. Two of the email addresses for the company appear to be false, as they would not send my complaint and I am in the time consuming process of trying to get my money back via PayPal. Unfortunately, I do not believe the name of the company is in the advert. £50 is too much to lose on an item bought in good faith.

One star is TOO MANY! I ordered the beautiful cream colored sweater dress set... what I received was NOT what was in the advertisement pic AT ALL! I immediately emailed them requesting a refund, was met repeatedly with generic replies saying they're sorry that I'm not pleased but no direction on how to obtain refund. This is consumer fraud. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered plastic car cup holders. Came in a plastic bag from Hong Kong even though all the shipping tracking info listed Ireland. No padding or bubble wrap. Four of the 5 holders were cracked. They want me to ship them back at a cost of $28 to get a $22 refund. Scam.

This company is a fraud!! They say the are out of Texas, not so. I bought two dog collars on there website for $27.00 including shipping. Within 30 minutes my bank called with a fraud alert. It just happened I was checking my bank ledger. There was no charge from Criteriont but there was a charge from cashmeretribe UK GB for $31.88(never heard of them) Read Google about them

We had never heard of this company before when we suddenly received a receipt for an alleged purchase. We tried to contact the company to cancel the order and refund the money (which is another issue because a payment was somehow made using our PayPal account). The company sent us a link to click on. We were not about to click on anything from them. We told them this and asked again for a refund. They again responded with "click on this". This company does not seem legitimate!

I ordered a hamster toy for my dog for Xmas on 12/7 they just shipped it. This is rediculous. Emailed them and they said to email the seller. Whoever heard of this. I’ll never order again. I’ll stick with Temu. This company sucks.

I am 5’5” and weigh 165lbs. I normally wear a large but based on the reviews of others, I ordered 2 sizes down and it fits just the way I like it. It’s definitely more like a coat than a sweater, very warm.
