The CRLA offers a lot of support, information and advice to anyone letting residental properties, including HMO's and student lets.
Useful even if you use a letting agency.
Training courses are informative, well presented, and well attended. Guest speaker presentations are varied and interesting.

Ruth provides excellent support whenever required and is always an absolute pleasure to talk to . Professional, knowledgeable with a real personal approach which is rare in today’s world .
