Billy recently helped me sort a further loan for house renovations on top of the mortgage he sorted for me a couple of years ago. As a contractor coming to the end of my current role without an official extension it could've been a bit hairy, but Billy went above and beyond to get it approved and kept me in the loop throughout. His attention to detail is meticulous. I'll be back in a couple of years to remortgage once my fixed term runs out — I wouldn't work with anyone else :).

Billy and the company was excellent. I’ve been trying to get on the property market for a long time now but so many things just kept stopping me. I then got in touch with CRM and was given Billy as an advisory, he just never gave up and always stayed optimistic, great communication, positive attitude and all right good guy. I have been talking to Adam Connely Roberts since September 2024 about the feasibility of applying for a mortgage as a self employed contractor.
