Delighted to receive the email reminder in November about ordering my Christmas tree as last years three were excellent quality beautiful shape with full branches.
No needles have dropped over weekend despite man handling it with decorations and lights a truly beautiful tree which will give us a lot of pleasure over next few weeks. The stands which I bought last year are strong and solid allowing plenty of water storage for couple days. I also bought another set of light this year, a large set in white and a set in blue for my sons tree which came in a nice cotton bag. Our son was delighted with his surprise delivery, hassle free Christmas tree delivery to your door, one less problem!
I cannot praise this company enough for great customer service, thank you.

I first came across this company on the 'This Morning' show last year 2019 but ordered the tree online somewhat nervously as
I normally like to select my own tree.
The tree arrived well protected and package and upon displaying it we were both taken by the Quality of the tree, the shape of it was Fantastic, it lasted the full period of Christmas and did not disappoint.
The customer service and delivery of the tree was 10/10.
I was very ill last Christmas and my spirits were lifted every day when I looking at the decorated tree.Thank you.
We are therefore looking forward to repeating the order for this
year 2020.

I used these guys last year and I love them! The delivery was exactly as promised, the product was perfect, and the customer service excellent. So great!

When you have a 5year old that demands a real Christmas tree, what do you do?

Thats right, you go to the internet and find the best tree that money can buy and make a whole deal of it with a self proclaimed Christmas Tree corner :)

The Croft & Cole offering was perfect, looked amazing, smelled divine and lasted the whole Christmas period with a couple of weeks added before and afterwards for good measure with no issues of needle drop or drying out.

Will happily recommend them to anyone that is after a premium tree at affordable prices.

We live in London and have a small car, so Croft & Cole offered us the perfect solution. The service was excellent and timely and the tree was brilliant. We'll be ordering again in 2019.

Tree was a beautiful shape, delivered on time and well-packaged. I was missing a set of lights but one phone call and they were with me the very next day. The stand worked very well too.

This is my first real tree for about 15 years and it's beautiful! It's even, very well packaged, delivered on the day I wanted and about as eco-friendly as it gets. Really fresh, beautiful and no needles in the car. I won't be going back to artificial and I'll definitely be using Croft and Cole for my 2019 tree.

Initially great customer service until the tree was delivered. Tree wasn't what we expected and began drooping significantly after a few days. Contacted customer service who asked me to send photos – which I did and haven't heard anything since. That was over seven days ago.

Arrived superbly packaged.
We had gone and hand picked our fresh Christmas trees for over 20 years, and this was our first Croft & Cole tree, we are VERY impressed and will definately be using from now on, and have no hessitation in recommending them to friends and family.
All the extras we brought of very high quality, and again fantastic products.
You don't get many companies Any more that give you such fantastic service, with wonderful products.

My mother likes a real Christmas tree but lives a three-hour drive from my house so going to collect one for her can be a full day out. So, this year I ordered her a Croft and Cole to be delivered to her door. To be honest, I wasn't sure what she would say... she's very particular about her tree! But, she called me and was absolutely delighted with it. So, instead of spending a day Christmas tree hunting, we went for lunch with our Aunt in the Cotswolds - a much better use of our precious time together.

My tree arrived promptly the day after I ordered - in lovely packaging and perfect condition.

I went for the 6ft size with a stand.
Both were perfect - the tree is high quality and very full looking.
The stand was easy to essemble and took no time at all to have my wonderful Croft & Cole tree on display in my house.

Easy to use website with friendly staff.
Will 100% recommend, and will definitely be using this company again in 2019!

This literally could not have been easier! The order process took no time at all and was very clear. I’m one of these people with no desire to go to a garden centre in the rain and choose a tree, then load it into my car, covering my car in needles and mud and then do the same to my house until it’s in position. These guys managed to solve all these issues for me. The tree arrived nicely packaged in a box and was even inside a bag to stop if dropping needles in transit. I got the stand out of a tidy little compartment in the base of the box, it was the perfect size for the trunk. I stood the in it, fixed it straight and then cut the net off..... Viola!! Tree in place without any agro at all. As far as i’m concerned this is the greatest Christmas idea of all time! A+

Best tree I've ever seen. The one in Trafalgar square has nothing on this one. Perfect size, shape and exactly the right hue, saturation and luminosity of green that I wanted. Easy to use website and excellent customer service.
I wish there were more than one Christmas every year so I could buy more trees!

Wow! Fantastic customer service and a quality tree!
We chose the contemporary metal stand which was easy to assemble and to secure the tree in.

Received tree today in a lovely box. Quality of tree was fantastic, much better than I could have picked myself. Thank you very much.
