Unsatisfactory Shipping, Customer Service and Material
Shipping/Customer Service: Crooked Coyote does not provide tracking for orders that are below a threshold, I believe $50. Additionally, the website states free 4-day shipping. It took a week to process the order and an additional 6 days to ship. Material: The material was not as vibrate as displayed on the website. Although the width of the bandana is accurate, the banana itself is so large, making it wrap around the neck well but go all the way down the back. I will not be purchasing more items from Crooked Coyote.

Hi Stephy! I'm very sorry to hear that your order took longer to get to you than expected. Unfortunately USPS doesn't always meet it's quoted 1-3 transit days in today's difficult times. I do apologize though for us holding up processing longer than usual as this is a rare exception we strive to avoid at all costs. As for sizing, I'll be sending you an email offline to show you some neat ways of tying the bandanas for in-between sized dogs and/or discuss possibly swapping out your sizes free of charge! Bandanas were as expected- fine quality and super cute fabrics. I think the price is great for what you’re getting. Shipping took longer than expected but honestly, what shipping doesn’t right now?

Look no further for the best bandanas
After searching the web and asking around for dog bandanas, I found Crooked Coyote’s website. I love all the designs and they fit my doggies wonderfully. Great material and super affordable. They were super easy to dry (when they’re showing off at the beach!!) Would absolutely recommend.

I LOVE the items I ordered from Crooked Coyote! I recently rescued a pup and I'm already in "spoiling the heck out of my fur-child" mode and I couldn't be happier with the scarves I ordered (tie-dye, purple paisley, and the whale print). And the fact that I can wash them is even better. I probably could have ordered a size down, my dog is 49 lbs and I think I could have gone with a medium over a large. I just roll down the top a little to make it fit better- and now I know for next time! Will definitely be ordering more from them in the future!

The patterns, stitching, sizing, and customer service is absolutely wonderful and heartwarming. Ordering from them isn't only worth the price, but it's also amazing knowing that you're giving to a business that cares and gives back to the community.

We absolutely love our bandannas from Crooked Coyote! Great quality and so many super cute options! Excellent customer service! I have already given them as gifts to a friend who is a new puppy owner and they loved them as well! Bo, Daisy and Sam give them five stars!

Customer service was amazing, and they arrived quickly! The patterns are absolutely ADORABLE and the material is quality and durable. I cannot wait to see how precious our new pup looks in her Halloween bandanas.
