When I made the purchase, I was already on the fence about the correct size to buy. Depending on the quality
Of the clothing, if its cheap, I’m a 2XL. If its high quality, I’m an XL. Quality products are just made a little bigger & cheap stuff is made a little smaller. The quality of the shirts is incredible… and big. I’m 6’2” 205LBS with wide shoulders and kind of a barrel chest (its just genetics, I’m not complimenting my physique) so I find shirts aren’t wide enough in the shoulders so the pit of shirts grinds my arm pits. Not a chance with these shirts. I love them, unfortunately I questioned the quality, so I ordered 2XL’s & I’m swimming in them. But then the most remarkable thing happened. Someone was on the other end of the line & listened to me. I explained that I had made the purchase for an event & I wouldn’t have time to send back the 1’s I have, for them get them, then process the return, & then finally put the correct size in the mail. The lady I spoke with completely got my urgency & put the correct size in the mail. Yeah, she’s going to trust that I’m not a dirt bag, & I am, I’m a dirt bag, and just hope I send these back. And dirt bag or not, I will put these in the mail tomorrow. Customer service just doesn’t operate like that anymore. Nobody told me to go online & read articles to find the one closest to my issue. It was done via email & they were so prompt in replying, I almost though I had been hacked. So, as far as the quality of the clothing, just remarkable. The lines are on point, the cut us perfect. So happy with the quality of the shirts. But as far as customer service goes… it is actually customer service. I don’t know when we as consumers decided that we would be less important than CEO’s of the companies we buy from but businesses need to have record profits. If that means firing your support staff & purchasing an AI chatbot at the cost of your customer service & reputation, so be it. I’m still in shock that someone took the time to respond and then of all things listened, empathized & then to my amazement, think of me first. Yeah, she thought of me before bottom line. I think I need a celebration shot because I may have just, not only witnessed, but played an active roll in the final episode of customer service. I’m going to DisneyLand

Great shirts!! Ordered a couple to test since it was my first time ordering from their site. Measurements were spot on and the shirts are fantastic!! i got the polyester so theres slight stretch that’s great across the shoulders. The shirts are light, comfortable and the design print is crisp. Already ordered four more!! To my fellow big dudes with broad shoulders. These are the droids you’re lookin for 🤘

I received the necklace but I was very disappointed I cannot even see the writing on it it was so lightly written on there this was something that was going to be very special to me since my mom has passed and I can say not being able to see the words on the necklace was very disappointing

I’m hopeful that Bo Canvas will design a wedding canvas for upcoming nuptials for my grandson and his son bride. I do wish I’d known of Bo Canvas before the nuptials but that’s ok I’ll look through your catalog and am sure I’ll find something appropriate.
