SAV déplorable : Refus d’appliquer la garantie légale (Défaut de fabrication)

Marque à fuir. J'ai acheté une platine qui présente un défaut de fabrication majeur dÚs le premier jour : le plateau est instable (oscillation/wobble), ce qui déforme le son et endommage les vinyles. C'est mon deuxiÚme appareil de cette marque avec exactement le même problÚme structurel.

Le service client est d'une mauvaise foi absolue. Malgré l'envoi de preuves vidéos indiscutables, ils tentent de faire passer un défaut mécanique pour un problÚme de "diamant usé" (consommable) afin de ne pas assumer leurs responsabilités.

Ils ignorent délibérément le Code de la Consommation (Art. L217-3 et suivants) et la Garantie Légale de Conformité de 2 ans, prétendant que leurs conditions internes priment sur la loi française.
Si vous tenez à vos disques et à votre argent, n'achetez pas chez Crosley. Dossier transmis à mon assurance juridique et signalement effectué sur SignalConso.

MISE À JOUR suite à la réponse du service client :
Crosley continue d'ignorer la loi française. La Garantie Légale de Conformité est de 2 ans (Art. L217-3 du Code de la Consommation) et non de quelques mois comme ils tentent de le faire croire. Le fait que le produit ait été acheté il y a moins de 2 ans m'octroie des droits complets.

Je refuse un échange car c'est mon deuxiÚme appareil défectueux avec le même vice de fabrication (plateau instable)!! Proposer un produit dont la conception est défaillante n'est pas une "solution", c'est une perte de temps.
Le dossier est maintenant entre les mains de ma protection juridique et un signalement SignalConso a été effectué.

We have done our utmost to find a suitable solution in this case. You purchased this record player almost 2 years ago, which means a full refund is no longer possible. We offered you a repair, a new needle, even a brand new replacement product. However, you refused all these solutions, which means we are now unfortunately at a standstill in our service to you.

We regret this and remain at your service should you wish to make use of the solutions we have offered.

Snelle levering

Erg tevreden met mijn Crosley C65 . Bestelling was snel binnen en goed verpakt. Product ziet er mooi uit en voelt degelijk aan. Ook fijne en snelle klantenservice die kon assisteren bij het correct instellen van de speler. Zeker een aanrader.

Wat een mooi design! Daarnaast werkt de platenspeler zeer gebruiksvriendelijk. Snelle levering!

Op zich een goede platenspeler

Op zich een goede platenspeler, maar helaas was de plastic hoes bij levering gescheurd. Zouden jullie de platenspeler misschien met wat meer piepschuim kunnen verpakken? Ik heb nu namelijk een grote scheur in de hoes.

Bedankt voor je eerlijke feedback. Wat vervelend om te horen dat de stofkap van je platenspeler beschadigd is aangekomen. Onze excuses voor dit ongemak en bedankt voor je tip over de verpakking; we nemen dit direct intern mee.

We hebben je op 23 maart een e-mail gestuurd om dit direct op te lossen door kosteloos een nieuwe stofkap naar je op te sturen. Het lijkt erop dat dit bericht je wellicht niet heeft bereikt (check eventueel je spambox).

Zou je ons alsnog een foto van de schade kunnen sturen via service@crosleyradio.eu? Zodra we die hebben, sturen we de nieuwe kap direct naar je toe.

One of there record players was brought


One of there record players was brought for a Christmas gifts in December 2025 it is now February 2026 & the stylus has broken & trying to get a new replacement from this company is a total joke don't waste your money on buying there products.
In reply to you reply dated 3/3/2026 yes you are right I'm in the UK & IT is your place here in the UK that in an email said they would NOT replace this needed as it was a perishable item to which I'm very angry about if you want a copy of this email please tell me know & may be you could get this sorted on my behalf.
It is now Monday 9/3/2026 & if anyone at Crosley .eu is reading this you offered to help me out with a new part this is a reply i had today from Crosley UK

The below is in regards to Crosley EU, we are Crosley UK.
As we have said previously the needle is a wearable item and wouldn’t be covered for a replacement.
I can recommend several reputable retailers where you will be able to get a replacement needle to fit your turntable if you like?

At Crosleyradio.eu, we do provide warranty on needles when the product is still this new. We notice that your location appears to be the United Kingdom, is that correct? We do not ship to the UK, so It may be possible that you have been in contact with Crosley UK rather than Crosley EU.
If you are certain that you have been in contact with Crosleyradio.eu, please let us know. You are of course entitled to a properly functioning product, and we would be happy to look into this for you.

One of the worst customer services i have been with.

Got a borken product delivered. If you are Lucky you get one email answer per day. Needed to send them proof that the product was broken video and foto?! Never seen such a Return policy or customer service.
Customer service is not good!

Rather buy the crosley at any other store than crosley radio europe.

Customer Support: the worst!

It’s unbelievable how they simply don’t respond to our attempts to contact them! I’ve been trying to return an item for two weeks now. Their customer service is absolutely unacceptable! Although the products are interesting, if you ever need anything from their customer service, you’re doomed to be ignored. I just can’t recommend a product from a company that behaves like this.
