Cross Country Moving Company レビュー 

I knew the move out was going to be a tough one on which ever moving company we chose because the elevator in our building had been out of order for the past couple weeks and still hadn't been worked on. Without the service elevator the movers were going to have to cary some heavy furniture down 5 flights of stairs. I addressed this to rep over the phone when I spoke Cross Country Movers.

They sent over some extremely in shape movers on the morning of our move. They had a system in place to handle this tricky predicament. They wrapped a lot of things in moving blankets and slid few things gently down the stairs as two man team. They covered other things with the same blankets while carrying them so if it touched the walls it would be protected. I was expecting it take them half the day to move everything out (2 bedroom plus den apartment). They had everything loaded on the truck in 2 hours - 3 guys.

They took this tough move and handled it like true professionals. The Move in was very smooth. Once the move out was done it was all very simple after that. Great Job!

Organized, reliable and know what they're doing are just of the things I want to say about this business. I'm not big into writing reviews but they really worked hard and came through for me during a big transition in my life. I was under a lot stress and they didn't add to any of it. They took the stress of moving away. Paying Extra for packing was so worth it. Service was way above the average mover.

Never have done an out of state move before with a full apartment filled with 8 years of living. My last out of state move I only had one large bag so this was a whole new experience that made me apprehensive. I planned early and took notes from multiple companies. Cross Country Long Distance Movers gave me the clearest responses to all of my questions, they were flexible with availability and very professional over the phone. In the end I felt most comfortable speaking to them. They were NOT pushy at all to get my business. When it came down to the move their team worked hard on a hot summer day, dripping with sweat 30 mins in and kept a smile on their face. They didn't loligag or take breaks at all besides for water. They took my business seriously and treated me like real VIP. I was able to get moved into my place in great spirits from the successful service. They're definitely work checking out.

These guys are the most honest movers I've ever come a cross. A quote that is actually the price? Not a trick to get you in? They don't play the games that the typical movers do. I've experienced some uncomfortable moments with movers in the past. This was far from that. I felt at ease working with them. The rate plan didn't leave me guessing how much it was going to cost me. I knew the whole time. Hard to find a business like this these days. Best moving experience I've had.Honest and Professional

For out of state moving the experience was definitely beyond our expectations. Our 2 bedroom plus Den Loft was boxed up one day and moved out by their movers and on the road the next. The 3 man team worked fast, barely took any breaks for water (which I was a bit worried about) and was careful with out stuff. From the begin to the transition into our new place things were good. Pricing never changed and everything that was promised in our conversations was fully honored.

Loved these guys. They really took their care and time into helping me move. I was really worried about getting my vanity mirror moved and making sure all my make up wouldn't get bundled in a mess. They had all types of boxes and covers to use to make sure nothing would be scratched. Everything got to my new home safe and sound and loved working with these guys. Would use them again!

Fast Movers, No price Games, Their packing service rocked! They made my Move to San Fran happen without breaking the bank. Couldn't of done it without these guys. They worked quickly andevery time I had a question or concern they put me at ease with a quick answer.

I am a very straight forward person and customer service to me is very important. This company did a great job of showing me that they knew what they were doing and their #1 priority were their customers. They were on time on the day of my move, early in the morning, I wasn't sure if they were going to run late or something was going to happen and on the dot at 8AM, they had arrived. Once they got to my home, they began to work and it didn't stop until I was completely moved out. They even assisted me with getting rid of the things that I no longer wanted or cared for.
They really cleared everything out and for how quickly the move was done, nothing was damaged. They moved carefully and respected my home. They handled my things with care and they even respected my one request of taking their shoes off when going upstairs. It was a hassle, but they respected it. The movers were all friendly and easy to work with, i experienced nothing but a positive experience.
This moving company definitely receives a shout-out because their hard work shows their work ethic and I was very satisfied, keep it up!

I've been expanding my business in Chicago recently and my business partner Marcus and I decided to split a place we could stay at while in Chicago. We wanted to move some of our things from Florida to downtown in the Chicago loop. We used Cross Country movers to handle it. Their location in Miami worked out pretty well! They made it happen with the price and got everything where it needed to be undamaged. Moving isn't really something I enjoy no matter how I look it at but I will say they made it less stressful.

The plan was to move closer to home after being in Baltimore for awhile. I was moving back to help out with family business. I was looking to have most of my things packed for me because my schedule has been hectic.
Their packing service was a crucial detail that made the experience that more positive. They made an inventory of what was packed and categorized everything. I just didn't really have time to pack so having them help was great. I was impressed by how detailed they got when it came to packing. They gave me a copy of the packing list to make sure they didn't miss anything. When my stuff arrived the unpacking was equally as detailed as they checked off everything on the list.
This was a smooth move from start to finish. Glad I found this business.

Recently got a new job working at a nightclub in Miami. I was going to stay with my friend for the first couple of months so I was just bringing some suit cases and my car. I own a Tesla and it’s not really set up for driving very long distances. Charging stations aren’t everyone as of yet either. So the plan was to ship my car. My friend had used Cross Country for moving things before and said they did a good job for a decent price. I was looking for more of a car shipping company but after checking out there site I realized they offered that as well! After getting a quote and an ETA from them, I decided to go with my friends recommendation. They let me put suit cases in my trunk and they shipped my car to south beach within a few days. There were insurance options just incase an accident occurred. So I felt pretty relaxed when they came and picked up my car. Everyone was very easy to work with. I didn’t feel like they were trying to get me for extra money at all. They were helpful for the whole duration. I was consistently updated on where my car was. They had certain check points they kept me updated with. Very organized polite group of people running the show here. My car arrived in good shape!

Cross Country Movers overall did a great job with my move. I used their location in the Chicago area.I was relocating to Milwaukee for work and needed everything in my 1 bedroom apt shipped there. It was my first move of this sort so I was a bit un-easy going into it.They were very organized from getting the first quote (which was almost exactly the same as the final price) to moving day where they arrived ahead of schedule and worked quickly through out the whole day. The movers were carrying 3 boxes at once! It was great to see. My things were out of my place in 20 mins and the movers were on the road. Everyone was cheery and happy as well. It was a bit of journey and took pretty much a full day being a state away but it was way less stressful than I had imagined. It was nice to have move that didn’t drag for once and a bill that wasn’t way more than I expected.

Recently lost my job and I needed to clear out my storage unit to help save some money it was just too expensive to keep. So I need a cheap and reliable moving company that could move it to my parents garage in Alabama. I contacted them and told them my budget and they were great at working with me. I could not believe how easy and professional they were at moving my things. I was so happy with there service. Thank you again for all your help in my time of need!

I needed to move out as soon as possible, due to a new position I had just accepted In London. My mom referred me to this company and glad she did. Called in for a free estimate and they were able to help me move out the next day! They were a pleasure to work with because they did almost everything. Staff moved quickly but still was very careful. Best part, the rate they had given me in the beginning never changed. Overall, great experience.
