Lovely ties
I ordered 3 ties for my husband. They arrived promptly, look fantastic and he's wearing them this week at meetings in Berlin. He loves them and apparently they have been much admired. The ties are very reasonable for such good quality. I also had a query when I made the order which was dealt with helpfully and swiftly by Crossrow.

A pretty bag
My bag arrived fairly promptly and was well packaged which was good as it was bought as a gift.
The bag was well made and attractive but the colours in the advert were more subtle than the real life item.

There were some delivery issues due to Royal Mail being daft right before Christmas, Crossrow were on it before I even knew there was an issue with constant updates and what to do if this or that happens, new time lines and reasons for etc. If only all companies were this communicative - thank you!
