Worst fundraising site on the planet
Worst fundraising site on the planet, hense why we never use you , tried 6 times to load up our charity’s bank statement in diffrent formats yet you won’t let us move on , keep asking to upload bank statement, and there is no one available to chat except a robot, takes 48 hrs to answer a message, bet it don’t take 48 hrs to reply to this negative feed back

Misleading home page
Home page clearly says you can run a raffle on Crowdfunder - but once you go through the faff of signing up, you're told that you can't run a raffle on the site. Waste of time.

I feel really frustrated by my experience with crowdfunder. If you are in a situation where you really need the money, I don't recommend this platform. They told me that it takes 7 days for money to clear. After that, there's an unknown/ambiguous period of time that it takes for the money to get to your account. It's been two weeks since starting my fundraiser and I haven't received any of the money. I've emailed support twice and they haven't really been able to answer my questions. I am sure the platform is safe and works for some folks but I do not recommend this service because of the lack of transparency about when you'll actually receive your payouts and because of the lengthy process to receive payment.

Excellent organisation and user-friendly layout of campaigns. Multiple features to use and good communication.
It would help to have the name of each campaign within the email notifying us that our payout is on the way, especially for people who run multiple campaigns at once through their account, like me 😊

Hello Chris,
When making a pledge or donation, you have the option to leave Crowdfunder a tip. You can choose how much or how little you give, or if you want to tip at all.
You can do this by either using the slider to adjust the percentage or by entering a 'custom amount' which can be set to £0.00.
The tip is used by Crowdfunder so that we can help more projects. We do not charge any platform fees for projects that are charitable causes, not for profit and personal fundraisers. We therefore rely on the generosity of those that can afford it, to tip the platform.
We hope that you will continue to use Crowdfunder to support great causes in the future.

Help was provided at every stage of setting up the project page. Ideas, instruction , motivation via videos examples and email help with a real person.
