FIRST YOU DIDN'T ANSWER AND IF I SENT YOU A REPEATED REMINDER FOR A REPLY, YOU PURPOSEFULLY AND REPRESENTATIVELY USED THIS STUPID AND UNSUPPORTED PHRASES OF YOURS (about not passing the conditions of the AEM regulations), WHEN I ASKED ON WHAT BASIS YOU ASSESSED SO, WHEN YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE REGISTERED MY EMAIL EVEN, YOU DIDN'T ANSWER AGAIN - so it is absolutely evident that your actions are completely dishonest and purposeful and then with the utmost demagogy it cannot be denied that I did not fill in any data, but I did not fill in conditions, but I did not meet the conditions based on information you do not actually have about me: I understand that you see the factual objections of a sophisticated investor who asks you about investor protection, it is better not to even allow him to register under a fabricated pretext :-)

I asked this company several practical questions in connection with the performance of investor protection.
For several days or weeks, they repeatedly did not respond and in the end, after about the third reminder, they only replied that they could not register my account with an alibi reference to AML (which is only demagogy and deceptive behavior, since I am a properly verified client on many platforms and they could not even register my email ... ) with the addition that the information is on their website, which of course not all of it is.
So I can only identify with the people who write negative reviews here, because this company is very unserious and with fictional and deceptive behavior

I've been investing on this platform from day one. Up until now, there haven't been any delays with projects, and their business model seems really solid to me. The interest rates are decent, and there's no money sitting idle at the moment. Just like with all crowdfunding platforms, this review is based on the current situation and things can change quickly. Take Reinvest24 as a cautionary tale, for instance.

I had been recommend Crowdpear by a friend, which told me about a really attractive sign-up campaign they were doing at the time. I've signed up and made my initial investment matching the campaign. Now, with the first payment of the investment, I remembered about that bonus and contacted support asking about it. I simply got a response that due to abusive users they had cancelled the campaign to everyone, that they could do whatever they want as it was in the terms of the campaign and that if I wasn't happy about it then I could just sell my investment and leave... It was the most alarming, negative and ridiculous support experience I ever had!
Checking their responses here and further searching about all this situation, it seems that a lot of users were simply using the features the provide, under those same features limits, to just cash out the bonus. The problem here was not users abusing, it was that they couldn't match and honor the campaign they have set, so instead of limiting the supposedly abusive users, they instead left the same conditions but with different values...
Funny enough (or not really) today they started another campaign and have the same terms of "we can do whatever we want at any time with no justification". From my side, and from all this experience - mainly from the support responses - this company is not worth any money invested or trust deposit. I just now completed your Client Manager recommendation: if not happy about it, to just leave! - which I did and requested account delete!
oh, and as per the same Client Manager, even because my investment was not worth to you!

Crowdpear ist eine gute Plattform für Investoren, die nach hohen Renditen suchen und bereit sind, ein gewisses Risiko einzugehen. Die Plattform ist besonders gut für Investoren geeignet, die sich mit P2P-Investments auskennen und wissen, wie man das Risiko streut.

Been investing with Crowdpear for almost a year. Payments so far have been on time with a number of projects fully repaid. Bonuses and cashbacks have been credited without any delay.

I was a bit reluctant to invest in property crowdlending after the experience with other Baltic property crowdlending platforms. But, compared to these other platforms which have been plauged by delays and who charge excessive fees, Crowdpear have proven to be a reliable platform and a breath of fresh air.

Support is also amazing. Dealing with Rita is a pleasure. Always gave me clear answers to my questions and was very responsive. You get answers in a matter of minutes (even on weekends!) not days later.

Nach längeren warten, habe ich endlich den Support angeschrieben, nun wird mir unterstellt, ich hätte mich nie über ein Affiliate Link angemeldet (Das ist natürlich Quatsch).

Mein Vertrauen in die Aventus Gruppe ist noch weiter gesunken, schade!

I'd like to add a final remark concerning the negative reviews complaining about referral bonuses. Obviously these people tried to abuse the refer-a-friend program and are now angry that their fraud has been uncovered. I got my referral bonus as expected.

A licensed platform with modern design, interests paid from the same day of investment, solid real estate projects mostly in the main cities in Lithuania. The platform is still young, but the team of Peerberry that is running the platform speaks for trustworthiness.

I started investing in Crowdpear from the beginning as is owned by Aventus Group, same owner with PeerBerry the best P2P platform on the market.
So far I am extremely satisfy with real-estate reports and communication, also all loans are on time.
Do not trust people complaining about the referral program issues, they tried to scam the platform and now that are busted and angry.
Start with some amounts and see for yourself the quality of Aventus in CrowdPear.
